All Technologies Agro-Box Zootech
«Agro-Box Zootech» is a modern, dynamic breeding company located in the province of Cherven, region of Minsk.
It was a detached production unit founded on ex unprofitable kolkhoz. However, advanced technologies of feeding, housing and milking rendered it profitable in milk yield within the shortest period. The subsidiary produces also meat, breed fish for amateur fishing.
Today yield per cow in «Agro-Box Zootech» is on average 26.7 L daily. In 2011 93.7% of the products were sold as extra grade. The profit from mil sale was 64%.
The success of the plant owes to several principles of its activity.
1. Investigation and implementation at site of the advanced scientific developments
in dairy breeding. We applied as a basis the experience of Ireland, the country producing the best quality dairy products in the territory of EU, 80% for export. In particular, UNIBOX for a long time has developed the collaboration with famous Company "DairyMaster", one of the world leaders in the manufacturing of the equipment for modern commercial dairy farms.
2. Any technology shall consider first of all physiology of animal as only cow
provided with comfortable conditions of housing, rated nutrition according to its biological needs can completely realize its natural potential of productivity.
3. The production shall be organized so that to assure optimal use of all available
resources, either natural and economic or human potential. Hence, we stake on energy saving technologies and qualified personnel trained and practiced abroad.
Honestly speaking, in 2011 «Agro-Box Zootech» implemented the most ambitious project in Belarusian agrarian sector, i.e. Ideal Farm. It is and super modern breeding complex where in practice we adopt the latest scientific developments followed by agrarian companies all over the world.
In the barn built from zero, then equipped with conditioners and manure evacuation systems, modern stall units made by Group of Companies UNIBOX are mounted.
Milking unit was equipped with rotary device (also of own production) that today is the most advanced solution for enterprises engaged in commercial production of milk. Thanks to application of many unique technological solutions we achieved the wise ratio in the chain Man-Cow-Milk influencing all its constituents: ergonomics of personnel activity, animal health, and quality of products.
Zootech experts elaborated the ration of animal feeding subject to lactation stage. Special forage misers-distributors KRG-15(17) are applied for preparation and distribution of feed based on patented technology Duo-Mix, assuring prefect quality of cutting.
The important issue of ideal Farm is program of herd management controlled and adjusted by all automatics in the farm, and during milking monitoring of every cow is provided.
Milk yield, milking time and milk ejection speed, these are little data collected and memorized in the system. The data can be visualized and analyzed. Software Hedge Management interconnected with the system of cow activity trace; the latter precisely identifies start of rutting in animals and provides duly insemination managing perfectly the process of reproduction.
New dairy farm «Agro-Box Zootech» applies a number of innovative technological solutions consenting significant increase of milk yield and higher milk quality.
