Boulders Villas Update: 8/17/2013
This is an update on earlier posts. There was another community open house for the Boulders Villas project. This one was held on August 15th from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Chapparal High School. Unlike the earlier open house, this one was held quite a distance from the neighborhoods that will be impacted by the project; another project closer to the high school was included in the open house.
Taylor Morris is proposing 40 lots, not 50, as was indicated in our initial post. The previously approved plat had 38 lots. Below is the currently proposed site plan and a link to the Boulders Villas General Plan Amendment Application that was submitted on May 10, 2013.
