xvidcap works only with old blenders versions

I am using xvidcap 1.1.7 on opensuse 11 (64bits)
When I record blender 2.46 with xvidcap and then play the recorded flv video
it is showing very bad recording can not see the mouse movements no opening menu’s etc.
When I record blender 2.44 with xvidcap and then play the recorded flv video it looks perfect.
So i can only record older blender versions with xvidcap .
Why can i not record newer versions anymore .

I can record other programs like the gimp 2.6 without any problem.

I found the solution for Xvidcap. With these settings it works fine for me OpenSuse 11, blender 2.48 , xvidcap 1.1.7
Just disable Set Xdamage.

Thanks for the solution, this is what I needed!

I also had to disable the sound, but this is probably the issue of my Ubuntu sound server settings…
