New to BaT? Learn how it works.

This 1992 Mazda 929 is said to have remained with its first owner in Massachusetts until 2023 and was acquired by the seller on BaT in October 2023. It shows 47k miles and is powered by a 3.0-liter DOHC V6 that drives the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in green over Slate leather upholstery, the car is equipped with a power sunroof, 15″ alloy wheels, automatic climate control, cruise control, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and a factory cassette stereo with a Panasonic CD changer. This 929 is now offered at no reserve with two keys, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The 1992 model year was the first for the second-generation 929 in the North American market, and this example left the factory finished in Mediterranean Teal Metallic (5Y). The car has a power sunroof, fog lights, and a twin-tip exhaust outlet. Blemishes are visible on the front bumper cover.

Silver-finished 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with 215/60 Mastercraft MC-440 tires. The car rides on multi-link suspension at both ends, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with ventilated rotors.

The heated and power-adjustable front seats and the rear bench seat are upholstered in Slate leather. The seller notes the rear passenger window was repaired under current ownership. The condition of the driver’s seat outer bolster can be seen in the photo gallery.
