Let me just start off by saying the customer service is top notch, answers any questions I had right off the bat. Not only is the staff super knowledgeable, they are very responsive. You can ask any questions and not feel like your doing the whole world a disservice. The community far better than I could have ever hoped for, there discord is awesome! Not only is the customer service amazing but their pricing is phenomenal! My ping has always been low and my sever has never lagged! I mean that right there is why I don't go anywhere else! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants fast and reliable servers.

This server hosting is probably the best you'll find, there is constant support and even when the staff is busy the ashosting community will help you if you're in a situation.

My last host for my ark server decided to host me on a machine overloaded with too many customers resulting in crazy lag and rubber-banding.

I switched to ASHOSTING last month and I have been playing every day since. Not a single problem with the performance. The features are so awesome especially the auto mod updater and mass mod installer.

The best thing for me was price. I paid just $12.00 in February 2019 which is 40% lesser cost compared to my old host. I got 30 slots instead of 10 and as I said in the beginning, hosted on amazing hardware.

If you need a server for ARK, don't even consider other hosts, just buy from these guys.

Overall extremely reliable
Overall extremely reliable service. Customer pre and post sales was an enjoyable time as I got to experience first hand their full service with a one to one tutorial offered by the staff. I must have asked like a 100 questions and they answered every single one is perfect fine full detail.

Rock solid hosting for ARK. I am happy I found this company after having many problems with my past hosting company. I would recommend to use ASHosting if you need an ARK server for a small or even large community, they will not disappoint you.

Steam problems but Host was great. Steam pushed 3 updates this month and it caused the host allot of head aches but during the whole time we were fully updated with what was going on by the host even though they have no control over steam they did what they could to help us by keeping us fully informed, They have been amazing so far and I will continue to use them.

The prices are very cheap and the services are quite good, too bad for the lack of a guided user interface for organizing the mods, but, as far I know, it's common in may hosts, so it's ok.
The staff is always available for help on discord and they have a nice tutorial section. Keep it up!

Best server provider i've seen. I tried many other providers but i didn't get the same quality. I totally recommend! Admins are always online to help you with anything you need, easy to understand and manipulate the server config. Server never lag and i never got complaints about connections.

I received step by step tutorials for pretty much everything I asked. They were not pre-canned presponses because I asked them in discord and I watched them reply.

Full in depth guides were provided and I felt very welcome, enjoying the service and can't wait to purchase another 2 servers for my ARK cluster.

I picked this company because they were low cost and had excellent features that I couldn't find anywhere else. They had my server up in around 2 minutes (auto setup); I then listed my mods in their easy to use Control Panel and pressed Install Mods and EMI (Evolved Mod Installer) installed the mods extremely quickly and my server was online within 10 min from the time of purchase. It's a great company and I would recommend them to everyone.

Super FAST servers and GREAT service!

A Professional service being offered 24/7 is what you can expect when you buy from this company. I know many people before me have said this already but I must say their support and service is just Stella! I could not find a single thing wrong with their service.

It is such a breath of fresh air compared to the many hosts I have hosted with and the one that was the best turns out to be that I had never heard of before until a couple months ago. I am a long term customer of theirs for sure for as long as we continue to play ARK: Survival Evolved.

I strongly recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a game server. They have discord support also which no other host currently has. My ping to my server is less than 10ms and I paid 50% less compared to my old host.

The best thing I love about their service is by far the auto mod update system which they developed themselves, it's the only program of it's kind and unique to ARKServerHosting.co.uk which goes show how much they care about giving their customers the best possible service.

As you all may know keeping on top of mods is a nightmare and other hosts mod updates all time out, theirs however works perfect 24/7, They also have a mass install program which I used to install 20 of my mods in less than 2 minutes. Without a doubt they are the best hosting company I have used.

Correspondence throughout the pre-sales was friendly and very informative. I had to ask a few questions and they were all answered clearly. The host on the day we signed up were superb (we were worried about lag issues which is what we had with previous host).

So, this was my first time getting a ark server (I really didn’t know what I was doing) I got the server went to the control panel (I believe that’s what it was called again complete newbie here). I could not understand what to do at all I had no clue where to go so I put in a ticket.

The guy that answered my ticket christian said to go to the discord and look at the tutorials he also said if I still couldn’t figure it out to message him on discord and he would help me. I went to there tutorials stuff It was good but didn’t have what I needed was lacking in information to help new people like me.

So, I messaged him and he went into a call with me I shared my screen and he spent the next 2 hours explaining the whole control panel like everything. It was amazing best support I have ever gotten.

I purchased a 30 slot server for ark to run the survivalplus mod for mainly my fam and friends but also anyone else who wants to join and enjoy. After setting everything up i ran into issues. The ASHOSTING team jumped on it. Ticket after ticket they dealt with me bugging them trying to get my issue solved including the founder and ceo Carl (definitely the man). They had very quick response times and were willing to do anything to help me resolve my problem. Ive dealt with a few hosting companies and the worst part is usually customer service but not these guys they definitely earned my business and i wont go anywhere else for any of my server needs. If u want a reliable place to go threw for a server these are the guys i would definitely recommend hands down. Special thanks to Carl and Christian for dealing with me and helping me get this solved and fixed!!!!
