It was really difficult for me to find a plumber at 10pm in my area (North London, Hendon). No other emergency plumber was able to arrive within the hour but a friend had used their services before in south west london area and recommended them. We have a new born baby and it was really stressful to have our main drains blocked. The plumbers who came out were quick to discover the cause of the blockage which was from the last dodgey plumber who “fixed” our issue a month ago but they had left their equipment in the pipe to cause a blockage so that we would be forced to call them back for a another job!! They came out in around 30 minutes and did the job quickly and quietly. I am really impressed and I thank them for their work! Will make sure to tell my neighbours about this company.

In the middle of the night our tap broke! Within 30 minutes of phoning London Emergency Plumbing, two lovely guys turned up to help us. They were so nice and fixed our tap right away. We're super grateful and would recommend them to anybody!

Good service. All went down how they said it would and the engineer arrived within 30 minutes. Bath tub was blocked and the engineer used his equipment to unblock it quickly. Thanks to the two guys that came out

They were charging me £430 for 1 hour of work which was not even completed. I had a toilet blockage in one of my properties and asked them to repair. The initial price they told me was £120. When he got there he said it’s a drainage issue and charged £180, I accepted and then he said it’s £180 per hour which I was not told before. Anyways I told him please complete within the hour.
I asked him when he came into the property to confirm the time as well. Before the hour was up, I called him and he said that it’s gonna take him another 2-3 hours to complete the job. I said please leave it and I’m gonna get someone cheaper because £180 per hour is way too much. He sent me an invoice of £430 and I asked why he said he charged for 2 hours because his work went over by a minute. Even though it was out of his own will that he was still at the property when I told him specifically that I don’t want it going over an hour.
He refused to leave and was arguing and being rude to me saying that he doesn’t care if it hasn’t been 2 hours, even if he’s there for an hour and a minute, I have to pay for 2 hours.

After paying, my partner went in to fix it and in 10 minutes he fixed it. It didn’t take him another 2-3 hours 🙃
So this company took the money, didn’t complete the job and had us do it anyway. Completely waste of time calling them out. Never again.

I had to call these guys out at 4am for a burst pipe in my toilet. Idris the engineer was here in 15minutes and stopped the leak. Very honest and transparent with prices and Idris was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing plumbing service! They came to the rescue late at night, addressing our issue promptly and professionally. Knocked down a star for being on the pricier side, but considering the late-hour emergency, it's totally understandable. Overall, highly recommended!

I used this company, and it was one of the worst experience with traders that I've ever had. I hired them (at an emergency rate which came up to a total of £550) to fix a fairly minor problem in my WC. They caused a major leak in the process of fixing the original problem but they never owned up to what they had done. When I posted a review, they then insisted that I removed it if I wanted them to come again to fix it (which is what they ought to had done the first time round). I was pretty desperate at the time and agreed. Of course, they charged me again but this time at their reduced rate (!) of £190 an hour. Awful. I note that the company responded to my comment 6 months after I posted the original comment implying that the only thing I was unhappy was the lack of price transparency. This is patently wrong - their plumber was incompetent causing a damage to my flat, and their handling of the situation was abysmal, and on the top of that, they ripped me off.

A leak occurs in the flat below we had 2 plumbers come out and they couldn’t find the issue, a friend had previously used these plumbers and recommended them the engineer was able to find the issue without causing any damage and it turned out to be from my dishwasher. Definitely recommended

The company has well and experienced engineers but the prices might not be for everyone. I would only call if you’re in an emergency situation or need someone quickly.

My daughter's property had a water issue with her toilet cistern in which needed to be dealt with quickly. Called these guys and someone was at address within the hour.
Job well done and all fixed. A bit pricey than others but then again I suppose you pay for the prompt service.
