CEASA Communications Working Group is a volunteer society of telecommunication engineers, academics, and innovators dedicated to advancing communications solutions that are perceived to lack commercial value but offer humanitarian benefit.

The CEASA Working Group is the innovation and consulting  arm of the not--for-profit CEASa association of Civil Information Societies.
