The goal of this UX research project is to revolutionize the online rental unit application process by developing a user-centric application that streamlines and simplifies the interaction between prospective tenants and landlords. In today's competitive rental market, simplifying the application process while providing essential information is crucial for both applicants and property owners. Our innovative solution involves creating a centralized online portfolio system for applicants, encompassing their resumes, work history, interests, living history, and more. This portfolio will enable applicants to submit comprehensive applications with a single click, enhancing efficiency and improving the overall rental experience.
