Worked in intensive care units, surgical and theater environment experience, medical and paediatric care experience, maternal and child birth management, psychiatry and community nursing exposure and home nursing.
I have had myriads of exposure in my professional development and worked as a nurse in Ghana, west africa for a year before moving to study in Finland. Here in Finland, I have on the ticket of private nursing agencies, worked in rare places requiring specialized nursing care, care of clients in intensive care units, and also specialized nursing care of clients in their home environment.
I have been fortunate to acquire all these rare experience and I reflect all these in my professional line of work which I believe distinguishes my work.

How can health information exchange improve care transitions?
Very relevant topic. Home care clients who are.part of the city or municipal info share goes to a private hospital for various obvious reasons but there is a gap of information relating to prescribed medications, possible change in medications ans a lot more. HIE: when embraced would work miracles in the health care industry to avoiding medication prescriptions and duplicates among others... It also hope to guarantee positive work flow amongst health professionals whilst safeguarding, promising and ensuring the clients care and safety.

I was to graduate or the expected graduation year was set at 2019. I had not noticed it was still showing.
However my medical study schedule then made it hard in combining the completion of my thesis. This is still open and perhaps one day I shall get it done and over with. Now not so urgent on my plate.
