What am I supposed to do for my server?

I followed a tutorial on youtube, I got my key and I made all what the guy in the video made…
whats your key line look like in your console? (DONT POST YOUR KEY.)
I’m not sure to understand (It’s my first time)
in your server.cfg you should see a line that looks like
sv_licenseKey “your license key goes here without quotes”
It can’t find your server.cfg
Make sure you execute from the right folder

The problem is it does not see your config file, you are not launching the server correctly.

That’s exactly what I made…
Read the other two responses, i was clearly being lazy and did not read the full command prompt xD
You need to edit where your .bat file comes from for the launcher itself. Make sure its pointing to the right folder where that stuff is 
The other responses doesnt help me, but is it possible that my key is corrupted? Or anything like that?

Do what sliceofliferp said, make sure your bat file is pointed to the right directory.
