Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Joey Schneider joined the digital content team at FOX2Now in May 2022.
Joey, who graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in 2018, has spent several years in the broadcast industry. His past stops include KY3 in Springfield, Missouri, WIFR-TV in Rockford, Illinois, and KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri. He has also helped with digital content at Bally Sports Midwest for several years.
Joey is excited to help FOX2Now grow its digital footprint in the St. Louis area and beyond. He enjoys working with the station’s news, weather and sports teams to create original web stories and social media content.
In 2022, Joey was named five times among the Top 25 monthly authors for Nexstar stations in readership. He enjoyed reporting opportunities as credentialed media during the St. Louis Cardinals’ 2022 postseason run and St. Louis Blues 2022-23 season opener.
Outside of work, Joey enjoys bowling and playing tennis. He is also an avid baseball card and bobblehead collector.
