It is not accurate.
For leela zero version 0.17, my GTX1070 can reach 415n/s, with parameters: --benchmark -thread 10 --bachsize 5. Almost as well as its GTX1070TI here.

cpu: i7-8550u:15n/s
i-gpu: uhd620: 25n/s
d-gpu: nvidia-mx150(low profile version): 47n/s
