Bug description

The password entry field in the log in screen has a blinking cursor. There doesn't seem to be anly way to stop this.

Steps to reproduce

Open System Settings > Keyboard > Typing and turn off "Text cursor blinks."

Open System Settings > "Login Window" (sic), and see if it has any other settings to turn off that cursor.

Log out.

Log in, you'll encounter a blinking cursor in the process.

Expected behavior

Turning off "Text cursor blinks" should apply as widely as possible.
