I'm waiting for them to release a muzzle device that ports the sound at a 90* angle, maybe with a gimbal that moves the concussion left or right. Some times at the range you'll have a goofball rapid firing with the hot shells flying everywhere, sometimes down your shirt collar.

So a 90* muzzle device could be used to let the shooter next to you know you're being annoyed by them being idiots. :)

Not as simple as you were probably hoping for, but there is the Effin-A compensator that allows you to tune it using set screws. You should be able to achieve your goal by plugging all holes except the right or left ones. Might work well enough?

Just make sure your brass hits him back. Might require moving lanes but well worth the hassle.
