@Kecielg03 "ๅใ" has the meaning of acquisition and is a nuance of getting it.
"ๆกใ" is a kanji that has the meaning of selecting blood, taking, adopting, and voting.
So, the answer to your problem depends on whether you get it to eat it or you have chosen it out of many.

I thought that kanji was specific to take fruits. ๐

Oh be careful.
As you said,ๆกใ can be used for fruits.,but ๆกใ is not all-purpose.
ๆกใ is specific to take something from certain living things. (ex.blood, insects, mushrooms,berries)
(as 'I_my_me_mine_'said, other meanings also exist, but they are less important. note that main one is about living things.)
On the other hand, ๅใ is more useful. When you picking up something- whether it is alive or not, you can use ๅใ.
I hear that ใจใ is one of the most Japanese complex words for non-Japanese.
(ๆฎใ,ๅทใ,ๆใ,ๆใ,็ฒใ,็ใ,้ฒใ โactually these are all 'ใจใ')
(btw ใจใ can be replaced with ๅใ in many (not all) cases)
