同じ意味ですが、患うのほうがすこし難しい（むずかしい）言い方です。
罹る（かかる）のほうが日常会話（にちじょうかいわ）でよく使います。
Note:罹るという漢字は難しいのでひらがなで書いても大丈夫です。多くの日本人も かかる（罹る）はひらがなで書きます。
