ただ、致すをそのままでは使わないですね。
お伝え致す。だと、江戸時代の武士みたいです。

他の回答者さんの言ってる事が良く使う意味ですが、たまに友達同士で話してる時SEXをしたと言う意味で面白く言う人もいます。
簡単に言えば「致す = する」なので
A: 昨日あの後どうだったの?
B: 致してきましたw / 致したったw
みたいな感じで使う人もいます。
ほとんどの人はそんな言い方しませんが^^
