We are pleased to announce that NRS Treuhand AG and PRÜFAG Audit Ltd, based in Zurich and Zug, Switzerland, have been appointed as an IAPA International member.
NRS Treuhand AG is a company specializing in tax consulting, accounting and payroll services with headquarters in Zurich and a branch in Zug (Switzerland). Through its sister company PRÜFAG Audit Ltd, it also provides auditing and assurance services under Swiss law and IFRS. Other services include company valuations, due diligence services and services related to restructuring.
While Thomas Rutishauser heads NRS Treuhand AG as a partner, Daniel Carotta heads PRÜFAG Audit Ltd as an audit partner.
Our new member provides support to foreign companies in establishing their business in Switzerland (evaluation of a suitable location, establishing contacts and negotiations with the relevant offices and authorities, company foundation, provision of corporate bodies, office services.
