I.C.E. Service Group, Inc. Principal and Chief Strategy Officer, Dennis Morgan, II was nominated and elected to serve on the Small Environmental Business Action Coalition (SEBAC) Board of Directors. Dennis has been involved with the organization since its inception in 2001. He has previously served on the Board and as President. In addition to being nominated and elected to the Board of Directors, Dennis is the chairman of the membership committee.
SEBAC is governed by an all-volunteer board composed of seven Directors elected by the membership to serve two-year terms. The Board, in turn, holds an annual election of officers. The committees work hand in hand to keep the members informed of opportunities for participation, partnership, and growth in the environmental industry.
SEBAC is headquartered in Washington, D.C., a location that allows for easy access to the Congressional small business offices, the Small Business Administration, and the small business offices of federal agencies. Our members perform their services for the Air Force, the Navy, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Army, the EPA, the Department of Energy and various other agencies.
