I absolutely can not say enough good things about Lifetime Eyecare. Every person there from the front desk to the doctors are amazing. Friendly, personable, professional & extremely thorough.

They are the 1st place to properly diagnose my eye condition and treat me correctly. I wanted contacts for so long & was always told I couldn't have them because of my issue.

I went to Lifetime Eyecare & they told me what was really wrong with my vision and hooked me up with contacts. I could not be happier. They don't mind when you ask a million questions & never make you feel rushed.

I had to go through 5 pairs of contacts to find the right ones. The personal attention of sitting with me to show me how to take them in & out was greatly appreciated. I will not go anywhere else & have convinced my husband to switch to them for his eye care needs as well. I have completely faith & trust in them.

During COVID they even managed to arrange for me to come & get my contacts so that I didn't go without. Just stellar service. Thank you Lifetime Eyecare!! See you soon!

After my thorough eye exam, it was time for a new pair of glasses. I can never select on my own, but no problem. Dawn patiently helped me with my choices and hers til we agreed on a pair of frames that looked great and I really liked. Different lens types were discussed, and my final choice was made. The frames were fitted, lenses marked for the progression and my new glasses were available for me to pick up just a week later. I'm very happy with my clear vision and the new look. Thanks to all the staff at Lifetime!

Long overdue as I went to London Eye Centre for corrective surgery so this kinda of service is moot but I'm on a review roll.

Not a pleasant place and I would have them fix my sunglasses at this point.

Think it's a owner thing trickling down. A lot of negative reviews seem to get a "fake news" response from him. This is too bad as New West is know for great small business.

My family and I have been long-time, loyal, customers at Lifetime Eyecare. We have been going there since the early nineties. In the earlier years Dr Bachra was a kind person and so was her staff there were very hospitable and helpful. However, over the course of the past two years, she has become very rude and strange.

For instance, instead of handing the prescription to my mother in her hand, like a civilised human being she left the prescription idly on the counter without telling her. My mother left and realised that she had not received her order. When my mother later called the receptionist asking about the whereabouts of her prescription, the receptionists she snarkily replied: "She left it's on the counter!"

The tone which this woman was talking to my mother on the phone was as if she has asked her such an absurd question. My mother was asking this because NO ONE had told her that the prescription was left on the counter. How would she know that if it was never communicated to her? Furthermore, the staff members watched my mother walk about the door without her prescription. They didn't even have the common decency to inform her about it.

Ever since that incident things have continued to go downhill. The reviews mentioning her rude and tactless staff are true. She hires family friends loved ones to work as her receptionists. This is a bit questionable because some of these young girls don't seem to have the credentials to be carrying out the tasks that they are doing. In addition, Dr Bachra is not personable or kind. There is a sense that from the moment you walk in Lifetime Eyecare that you're a burden for the entire staff. I am paying you for my services. I am not getting your services for free you are getting PAID.

My mother and I left, and now we got to a fantastic optometrist where the staff and doctors are excellent, compassionate, kind and friendly. The doctor after seeing what Dr Bachra had prescribed for me informed me that she made a mistake and had incorrectly made my right contact lens stronger than what it needed to be! Can you believe that?!

Save your money, time and effort. Lifetime Eyecare has lost its lustre. You can tell that everyone is only in it so that they can maximise profits. It feels like a business. The compassion and helpfulness were lost a long time ago. The final straw for me was the incorrect prescription of my contact lens. So happy that my family is in better hands now with people who genuinely care!

My review of this business will be very limited as I only used them to get my nose pads replaced on my glasses.

For the service I needed and was offered this is definitely a 5 star place. A month or so ago one of my nose pads decided it had enough and didn't want to be attached anymore. I have never had this happen so I Googled to see if they can just be replaced or if I had to buy new glasses. I know, sounds stupid but in the 26 years of wearing glasses it's never been an issue. Of course, I found out that they can indeed be replaced and quite easily. My next thought was the cost and are they going to cost me an arm and maybe a leg to get them done as if you have ever had this happen you know that it's not comfortable when you only have one nose pad. Not to mention the fact that your glasses are now lopsided lol. Needless to say, the one day I was out driving with my glasses on I was seriously annoyed at them so I decided to just pop in and see what the damage was going to be.

Upon walking in I was greeted by two friendly people. One was at the appointment desk and the other was the man who did the repair. When I finally got out that it was my nose pads and not my eye pads (yep i first said eye pads) it was quick and painless. No loss of limb required. For a whooping 6 bucks I was able to get both nose pads replaced and my glasses cleaned! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Because of the service I received I will definitely consider them for my next eye exam and contact purchase. I would recommend them based on service and friendliness alone!

So I've been using this place for eye wear for the last couple years and there is a reason I keep coming back. The service here is fantastic, from the doctors, to the receptionist to the sales staff.

The glasses selection is not huge, but there is enough there to satisfy even the pickiest person.

What really put them over the top was fixing the nose pads on my glasses for free 10min before they closed today!

After our visit to Lifetime Eyecare we can see why it has been voted BEST eyeglass shop since 2008. Fast, friendly, professional service. Everything streamlined so you quickly move through the exam, selection and fitting quickly but without feeling rushed. Great prices and selection too. Can't say enough good things about this place. Don't go anywhere else for eye care, you won't find better service than here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If we could give them more stars we could.

I had my eye exam here and the doctor was very helpful in explaining what was going on. I decided to also fill my prescription here and the staff was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with while picking out my frames.
