Never come to this AAA. It is inside of a Toyota dealership and there is only 1 person working. This AAA only does insurance not DMV. Worst experience, will most likely cancel my AAA membership.

AAA tow services are useless. In May my tire blew out on the freeway. I told them what happened and to please send a tow truck to get me off the freeway. 30 minutes later a Prius shows up. 511 came to change my tire faster than AAA.

I was paying for AAA plus RV. I was a member since 2002 it is now 2022.
The first 8 years they came if and when I needed them
The last two years, (2 times) I have waited, once over 24 hrs til I called and payed for a tow myself.
The last time after 6 hrs the shop had closed it's gate. So I called my own tow truck again in the morning.
I then called them to cancel my membership and I received no refund for the remaining 7 months of my membership.

It is less than a few miles from where I work so I decided to chance it and go during my lunch. After reading the reviews, I went in expecting the worst.
Melissa was extremely professional and helpful. She answered my questions, let me know what was needed, and I was able to have my daughter sign the necessary forms and return to the office without any hassle.

This office has a terrible costumer service. They don't try to help or explain what's going on. They will literally just tell you they can not help you resolve the issues. It's not even a claim. I can't imagine how they are processing clams. The company must be doing so well that they are not interested in retaining existing costumers.

Read the reviews. Go to any other AAA than this one. The limited amount of employees, make it very slow and limited as to what they can do for you. I needed to pay back registration to get a vehicle current. After two trips and wasting 2 lunch hours, I could not get It completed by this crew of incompetent employees. Between it's not my job, I can't tell you why, and, call the 877 number, I was furious. This group is arrogant and rude. Not the AAA employees I'm used to. I will never set foot in this office again, nor should you.
All I needed was for one of the premadonnas in the office to look at my account to see the vehicles currently insured with your company. But No....... it's easier to send me away, again.

These AAA gorditas representatives at the Longo Toyota location be on their constipated asses all day and serving up the worst customer attitude ever. Totally foul and stinky!
On top of this, AAA California be living in the 90s with their out of date forms of payment for a DMV license plate renewals. Cash or check payments. Credit cards are accepted IF its got YOUR NAME on it regardless of being joint or company accounts.
At this point the DMV kiosks be putting your business out for renewals.
Apparently, AAA is on the bandwagon of throwing paying members who have been with you for decades under the *RESTRICTIONS APPLY* wokeness that pay for an entitlement not to go through the CA DMV.
