Pam E.VA, VA02Aug 11, 2022went here with mom in w/c to have papers motorized with her signature. we were told that the only person in the entire place was in an hour long break and we were to wait. or perhaps I could go do something else during that hour which requires me loading and unloading the wheel chair again. poor planning on their part causes a lot if issues. manager on vacation so no one to talk with concerning issue.

save your money these people left us on the road with no help! been aaa members for 30 years and have never been treated so poorly. 1st call at 6:45pm was told truck was on the way last call was at 12:30am was told truck was en-route and would be there in 16 minutes. last call i made was at 1am and i was finally told the truth no truck was coming. aaa tidewater sucks!!!!!!
