I love how Close and convenient this shop is to my house. Aside from that, this shop is honest and fair priced. We take all of our cars here. The staff is also friendly and responsive. They do good work!

I've always had great luck with this shop and value the honesty because many shops will tell you to repair things that don't need replacing whereas this shop has actually told me not do replace certain things and at least twice told me how I could do it myself costing them work. Many times repairs come in cheaper than the quote and they make at least an attempt to save me money on repairs. Only problem is they are generally busy and can't get you in immediately but after using several other local shops that did not do honest work I'm happy and send these guys any of the work I don't want to do myself.

Lonnie and the team at B&B are great to work with! Their prices are reasonable and they explain the work they recommend in a manner that is easy to understand. We now take all our family vehicles to B&B.

Mom and pop shop. Fair prices and reliable service.

My dad has been going to this place for several years supporting them and giving them business but for some reason every car we've ever had serviced here has needed more service within a month. This time, I came in with my check engine light on (STILL ON FROM THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT HERE) and they ran a diagnostic test which apparently said my car was totaled (cost of repair higher than value of my car). When I came to pick up the car, I found spilled oil or antifreeze or some other substance all in the interior of my car staining my seats, and ruining the interior. I assume they stopped caring about it enough to clean it once we told them we couldn't afford the repairs. Car still drives (while leaking antifreeze) so I took it home and attempted to clean it but only a few of the many stains came out. This business is a complete scam that takes advantage of the elderly and anyone who is too dumb to see what they're doing. They knowingly do not fix key issues that will provide them with more business in the future and you can tell they take your car for joy rides because every time I have my car serviced here they drain half of my gas tank and add several miles to the car. Will not return.
