I booked a pickup to and return from Logan Airport. I corresponded with numerous text messages and confirmation the car never picked us up. I had to call an Uber. I called the company several times and got no answer. Finally received a text message that stated I should have called the day before to confirm. Rather than argue, which was pointless, I made other arrangements for my ride home.

Don't bother with this sham of a company. My family flew into Logan on a late flight, and we had a reservation with Rajit to pick us up. He told us where we could find him, and upon going to that location he was nowhere to be find. He refused to pick up our calls and texted us "Sorry, take a taxi." In short, Rajit abandoned our family of 5 (including twin infants) in the cold at 1 AM. Take an Uber - it's more reliable.

Great first experience! I was running late for a flight and the driver was very fast and got me there right on time! The taxi was clean and the driver was extremely kind, would definitely use again.
