Bike Tech

I bought a pair of shoes but every time I use them they get loose and unadjusted. I have to re-adjust them and then when I use them the same problem. I have gone back several times and they re-adjust them and say they are loose. I tell them that it happens every time I use them. The last time I went they told me that whoever adjusted them did not do it tight enough. I told them that they were the ones that adjusted them.

I needed up going to another place and just buying new shoes.

Never going back to that place!

I had an issue with my bike. Brought it in to see what was wrong with it. For a moment I thought I had to leave my bike there for the weekend. However after waiting a while to be checked what's wrong they where able to repair it about 30 minutes.

I bought a Cannondale tri-bike here in July. I specifically asked for durable road tires as I ride roads. On the THIRD ride on the new bike I got a flat on the front tire. So much for durable tires. I have to bring it on for service and probably have to spend more money on new tires. Not happy.

These guys are so nice and accommodating.

My brother went bike shopping and another establishment treated him like garbage.

As soon as we walked into Bike Tech we were greeted (with smiles), taken care of immediately, & they weren't pushy at all.

The guy that helped out my brother really took the time to let him know his preferences of what he though was best and gave him some personal recommendations on accessories for the purchase. He was honest, kind & most importantly he wasn't pushy or forceful for the bike purchase.


We ended up fixing up an old bike here... I wish I took a before picture but what a difference! The guys in the back took their time and made sure to leave the bike shiny & looking new.


Will be saving up to get a new ride and will definitely be back to Bike Tech for our purchase!!!!

JORGE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT AND LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS. Employees are actually happy to serve at this business! Im incredibly impressed. PLUS: the deals were actually insane. I have close to a grand on a new road bike and they included a free bike fit with it. These guys are setting the standard. MOST IMPORTANTLY: they only carry the BEST tools, gear, and accessories. Something you only see in european countries or large metropolitian cities. True leaders of bicycles in North America!

I purchased a bicycle from the store one year ago I brought it in for repairs and I'm being told they are refusing to make any repairs even if I'm willing to pay for the repairs. Very very poor customer service.

As soon as I walked in the door someone was there to help me with what I needed. They were professional and courteous. The cost was very reasonable as well.

I called Bike Tech to see if I could purchase a bike from them and have it sent to me in another state. Mr Rodriguez was very pleasant on the phone and reassuring. He talked me through the process including selecting the $90 shipping on their website. When I went to buy the bike I asked questions including who they use to ship the bike, what happens in the event a bike is damaged during shipment, and if insurance was included in the $90 shipping charge to cover the full price of the bike . I also asked if pictures could be taken of the packed bike and emailed to me since that would be required for a claim to be filed if needed. I was asked for my email and told a manager would email me to answer my questions and give me more info on the process. I received an email hours later from Gio stating shipping would be $250 and if it did not cost that much I would be reimbursed the difference. No other questions were answered. I also noticed the $90 price for shipping listed on the website was changed to a higher price. This company is not transparent or straightforward with pricing or answering questions. I did not buy the bike from them but went with another company who answered all my questions quickly, charged $50 to ship next day with insurance coverage for the full price of the bike, sent me a receipt immediately , and the whole transaction took no more than 10 minutes. So glad I did not take the chance with Bike Tech!

These guys are awesome!!!!!! Marcelo fixed my bike in a heartbeat. The store is super neat and the service is impeccable!

Highly recommend this shop for all biking needs. Had an issue with my mountain bike, called and spoke to Carlos about it. He said to come over to determine what could be done. I brought the bike in and the issue was resolved rather quickly and expertly. Excellent customer service, everyone was friendly and attentive. The shop is also well stocked with bikes and just about anything. Extremely satisfied with this bike shop.
