and other sports teams that won't roll from my mouth plus anime, horror movie collectors, pop head lovers, and I can go on and on. This place is AMAZING trust me when I say this. It's pretty far from we're I live but sooo worth it. Prices are fair and they do discount if you bundle. The girl that runs the register is super friendly and is great at what she does. A+ in customer service.
My favorite section is all there signed memorabilia from baseballs to portraits to jerseys framed and priced very well and all come with certificate of authenticity. They also have a section right in front of nothing but BLUE HEAVEN most every bobble head you thought you missed snatching up they will have it. They also have these dodger mystery boxes they sell for $60 guaranteed with something signed from someone in them but at these times I don't have $60 to throw away on a mystery box. (So sad).
So now that I described one side of the store you still have the middle and the other side which is just filled with the stuff I mentioned earlier super exciting place to be if you're a collector.
This place is located in the puente hills mall right next to Macy's and in these Covid times the mall looks so dead. In my words it's like living in a mall in a zombie movie. (I love zombies) anyway don't get scared cuz it's so quite and empty as you walk the mall this store will definitely make everything so much more pleasant. Thanks 4 reading!!


"KEEPING IT 1 HUNNID"!

I took several items to the store for PSA certification, and when the items were returned to me, one autographed on my Funko pop was badly damaged. I was told to take it out of the protector case, so the damage was their fault. Do not give them your items for authentication services. They will not handle your items carefully.

This place is ridiculous! I noticed it on Saturday went in look like it had cool items there were lots of loungefly bags and funko pops, cards, stickers etc
I was not greeted at all I figured okay the guy is busy unpacking boxes no big deal, I looked around and decided I would come back to get the bag I wanted a Jake Skeleton loungefly
So it's Sunday and I went in again no greeting I see the bag is no longer there, so I go to the back and I see it the last two they had well there's a guy there and he grabs them and I'm like okay rude, so I ask the cashier do you have anymore of this bag pointing to it he tells me no these are the last two so I asked him do you know if your getting anymore in.. he tells me that he is checking and doesn't know so I'm confused are you checking? Or you don't know? He says we usually don't get anymore of something if it sells out.. so I ask him you don't have a limit on bags you sell? He said no
The guy buying the bag had 2 each of multiple bags totally a reseller.. The cashier guy not sure if he's the owner or manager he was rude and so clueless. He didn't even bother to check just kinda was standing there and the guy buying the bags was just staring at his phone knowing he's a jerk trying to make a buck!
Puente hills mall is pretty much a dead mall this guy should really think about being better to his potential customers!
I recommend going to other collector stores stay away from this one

we came here after having no luck at frank n sons because everything was overpriced there. my boyfriend loves coming here to find rookie basketball cards at a reasonable price. there are a lot of sports memorabilia, trading cards, lounge fly bags, plush, keychains, action figures, etc to look through if you're into collecting. there's also sanrio merch which i was very excited to see as a sanrio girly. the workers each visit have been very kind. there's no ac tho so be prepared to sweat because it gets sooo hot inside

Normally, I only do reviews for food. However, I have to make an exception for the wonderful experience my son and I had here. We were just going through the mall, and we noticed this place. I love sports memorabilia and my young son loves the typical action figures/POP's toys/collectible stuff. This place had a ton of both. I really enjoyed looking through all the autograph items - Kobe, Michael Jordan, Dodgers players, etc. I was told they are going to have actual players/celebrities do signings at the store.

It's a really large space, it's clean, and they have tons of stuff to look at - not just limited to sports or toys. It has things for people of all ages - boys and girls. But what made this place different, was the friendly, helpful people that worked there. I really appreciated that level of customer service. It's always easy to order things online, but I enjoy seeing the toy before I buy it and talking with someone who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE POKÉMON CARDS AT THIS ESTABLISHEMENT. THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT AT RETAIL PRICE.

Like the warning says, do not purchase pokémon cards at this place. I came in and saw they had individual booster packs and purchased a couple of evolving skies and fusion strike. My first red flag was how easily the packs tore open. Second red flag was that the cards were not in order after putting the four cards to the front. $30 worth of cards that are bootleg. Every card is off-center. The holo's and reverse holos are CLEARLY counterfeit. The font is Bolded and the black text bleeds. Full art card quality is AWFUL. These are not real cards and are being sold at retail price, a complete rip-off. I personally would question the authenticity of their other merchandise as well considering this establishment is okay with selling counterfeit cards. I didn't even bother calling or going back in because the receipt states "No refunds on cards, packs". Will not be going back again. Posting photos for comparison of real cards bought at target vs the cards purchased here.

Great store! Alot of selections of sports memorabilia. Alot of pokemon selections also. Got me a booster pack for fun and the kids. Nice staff!

Awesome store for sports memorabilia, and Pokemon Cards to say the least! Relive your childhood dream of walking into a card shop and looking at all the booster packs and maybe pull a Charizard out of one

Overpriced and overhyped, they have EBAY pricing on all their stuff, my son who is 10 couldn't buy the pokemon packs he wanted because he said they are double the price. Service is crap
