Edinburgh Copyshop

I would like to say that there is a girl in the store named Maria who has a customer service rating of 10. Whenever I go to the store she attends me perfectly, she helps me with everything she can and makes things much easier for me since my English is not perfect, a very attentive and super nice girl, since the first day I came to buy a paper by chance I have always come back here from my house which is on the other side of Edinburgh just because of the good customer service they have... Thank you Maria, I wish you the best!

As the internet as my witness, I do solemnly swear that I shall never use another print shop again (except Moo... the postcards are super cute you guys...).

There's nothing like a horrible situation to truly show you who are true service ninjas. A few weeks back, I had a small RUSH print job to do and being a doofus, assumed that the internet was the only place where I could find 1. high enough quality and 2. a fast enough turn around. Long rant short (stay tuned for the review), I ended up shelling out £50+ for two booklets to be printed with ANOTHER COMPANY that arrived with a completely opposite finish to what I had ordered. I now had 24 hours instead of my original 72, was £50 out of pocket and it was Friday night.

Surely there was not going to be a print shop that was open on a Saturday, could manage a rush order, printed small batch booklets and didn't cost me an arm and a leg... *cue Edinburgh Copyshop theme music*

Not only did these folks print the booklet in TWO HOURS ON A SATURDAY but it cost me £10!! Ten freaking pounds!! After stomaching a £50 blow earlier in the week, this was a borderline miracle. Plus (and most importantly), the print quality was great.

They are basically the Batman of print shops.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the service was excellent. I was lucky enough to be served by Jasmine who could not have been more helpful or professional.

I printed my dissertation here after emailing around the specs and found them to be up to £100 cheaper than others.That's 40% people. 40%! They're experienced and knowledgeable about the process (for example, is it submission year or graduation year on the spine -I hadn't given it an iota of thought!)

Not only that but they could tell me individual prices for different paper, different covers etc. off the top of their heads which was shockingly rare among printer/binders. Shockingly.

Finally, 24 hour service compared to up to 3 days elsewhere. They even emailed me when they found a slight problem and allowed me to email them a replacement page. No delays!

While in there, I saw floor plans, underground poetry magazines and some run of the mill stuff being printed. Methinks Edinburgh Copyshop is the place to go!

Absolutely excellent. Amazing service. Great attention to detail. Just great quality colour printing. They are fast, courteous and do not charge extra for delivery in town. Highly recommend for short runs of leaflets, posters, brochures and business cards.
