Al O.City of Industry, CA021Mar 24, 2024Gave them 1 star just because the driver was good... cool guy, nice and courteous. But Benjamin (the guy we booked with) totally tried to fool me!
Insulting my intelligence by telling me I booked the vehicle he sent to pick us up. But I booked a certain car (red interior) and he sent a different one that was DIRTY! They could have at least cleaned the seats and windows.
When I called him to let him know it was the WRONG car... Benjamin told me that I booked the one he sent, which was FALSE!
I then texted him my email confirmation that CLEARLY stated I booked the red interior vehicle and he didn't even reply. I had no choice but to use the car they sent being our Wedding ceremony was only a half hour from starting... no choice but to use the dirty @$$ car they sent!
Plus... he raised the price that was listed on their site when I booked! Price they charged was off by a couple hundred on the price they listed on their site!
I know how to add and the math was definitely off!
Be careful and make sure you TRIPLE CONFIRM pricing and car you book, because he will act innocent as if YOU made a mistake!
Totally changed the vibe on our special day... sucks!
People should not do business this way... not cool messing with people's special events!! These days are special to US and we spent lots of time to plan details we wanted.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your recent experience. I take all comments seriously and view them as valuable opportunities to learn and improve.
Concerning the pricing issue you mentioned, I offered you a $200 discount because the mileage for your booking was going to be higher than what is listed on our website. I explained this to you by phone.
Additionally, I must clarify that our vehicle was not dirty upon arrival. All our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out before our guests are picked up.
Regarding sending you a different car, that is simply not accurate. Our fleet includes two white 1956 Rolls Royce Silver Clouds. Both are identical, except that one has a white leather interior and the other has a red leather interior.

Ben was very helpful, and was very accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans to our pick up destination, as well as being patient in explaining some of the rationales behind restrictions in certain drop off locations.
There were a few miscommunications during the process which would have a lower rating to other companies but Five Diamonds customer service was great at smoothing things out and going above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great experience. We used their vintage Roll Royce for our wedding and we weren't disappointed. The car was great and the driver was very polite and patient while we took our pictures. Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the car. The booking and communication up to the wedding was fantastic. We would recommend the company to anyone in need of a limo.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but when I do, that means I'm really pissed.
I booked a Hummer limo for my wedding. He was supposed to pick me and my wedding party from the hotel to the church where we held the ceremony. Pick up time was around noon on a Friday (cinco de mayo) and the church was located on a busy intersection.
The thing that drove me nuts and almost ruined my mood on MY wedding day is that he made us go out of the friggin limo on the sidewalk!!!! He said he cannot drop us off in front of the church because he has to take a longer detour or not even in the parking lot of the church because we have to take a detour and I guess it's too much of a hassle. Imagine a bunch of peole in their long gowns and me in my whole bloody bridal gown with a long train and all, getting out in the friggin sidewalk in the middle of Adams blvd at LA on a busy friday afternoon! Definitely not what I imagined when I was getting a bridal car!!! And then what annoyed me most was afterwards, he took a detour and parked in the parking lot within a couple minutes. I was fuming. All of the guests and random passerbys already saw me beforehand because I was forced to wait at the side of the church for the whole city to see

Hello, first we wanted to apologize as it seems there was some sort of miscommunication. If you pay close attention to the map, the main entrance of the church is on Figueroa and Adams. Further, the main entrance when looked at, is a curved driveway, which there is no way a long hummer limousine would be able to actually enter, nor are limousines allowed to enter. The limousine pick up and drop off areas are located in the parking lot behind the church. The parking lot of the church is directly behind it, and it is a long walk from the parking to the entrance. Your party was late to the church so in order to avoid the bride (you) walking a long walk while being late to your church, the driver parked directly in front of the entrance which mind you is an illegal stop to help you out on your day. While yes, some people of your party may have seen you enter the church prior to the ceremony, they would have seen you regardless as you were walking the long walk. At no point was there any intention to make you day more difficult, rather it was a favor to you. If anyone pulls up a satellite map of the church (St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church) they will see how large that area is and what a long walk it was. It is hurtful to a business when leaving such reviews without allowing for an explanation, compromise, and solution. When all we wanted to do was help.

Our cancellation policy is very clear and listed numerous times before and after the online reservation process:
1 - The last step of our online reservation process lists our cancellation just before the submit button.
2 - The subsequent thank you landing page lists our cancellation policy.
3 - The auto-reply email you receive immediately after submitting a reservation lists our cancellation policy.
4 - The confirmation email you receive lists our cancellation policy.
5 - Our FAQs page lists our cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy reads, "You have up to 24 hours to cancel your reservation free of charge. After 24 hours you have to pay 25% cancellation fee. Less then 72 hours of the event time, you have to pay full amount."
You made your $1,000 reservation several weeks in advance of your pick up date. You then contacted us 5 days before the event to cancel. Per our policy, you would incur a 25% cancellation fee - which equates to $250.
Please understand that when you cancel 5 days before the schedule event we may not be able to book that same vehicle with someone else on such short notice. Consequently our vehicle goes unused for the evening. Every limo company has cancellation policies to protect their interests.

We booked 5 Diamond Limo for our company party and the entire experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Ben drove our team from LA to Buena Park and back without an issue. The company's service was superior and we would 100% book them again! The limo we rented was a stretch hummer limo and it was immaculate!!! Clean and had all of the bells and whistles. Look no further. These guys are great!!!!
