FOMO

All I have to say is the woman who owns the store was super friendly with a manager or maybe she was the manager her name is Skyler I would definitely shop in that store again I just felt so comfortable and the prices were unbelievable so I can only say wonderful things about the store

Absolutely love this little gem! I always find fun little gifts for bdays and events and unfortunately always find things for myself too. Last time I went in I even found the cutest little doggie shirts! They have the best dupes and there is always something new and fun when I pop in!

I LOVE this store! Every time I go in, I find fun, cute things that I can't find anywhere else. From clothes to jewelry to home fashion. The staff is always helpful and they have great style. I've worked with both Brittany and Skyler numerous times and could not ask for better service.

The clerk, who I am pretty sure is the owner, was extremely rude to us for no reason. The dupes weren't even that good anyway, we found much better options on Amazon. Please don't feel an ounce of FOMO if you never step foot in that place.

I don't usually post reviews, but I had to give a shout out to my favorite boutique in Scottsdale. It's super hard for me to find a boutique that has something for everyone; I can find things for myself, my friends and my mom all in one place and the women that work there are so nice and helpful. You should definitely check it out you won't be disappointed!

Called to inquire about consignment and the sales associate who answered the phone literally spoke over me and didn't let me finish my sentence... She says
"we aren't taking consignment pieces currently"and then said just abruptly "BYE" and hung up. Perhaps some phone etiquette training would be helpful even if you're location isn't accepting incoming consignments. Rude and that's a hard Pass for me. I won't be having any FOMO about not coming here.

The owner was very helpful and suggested several options for my girlfriend's birthday. I bought a few items and she absolutely loved them. Great customer service and would highly recommend this place in old town Scottsdale.

The employee working here was so rude it caught me so off guard I wasn't expecting it. O was gently trying on the slides located by the shoes when I hear someone from behind me say "you know there's a sign that says ASK FOR ASSISTANCE". At first it took me a minute to understand how rude she had just spoken. I replied I'm sorry but that's not how you speak to a customer? It was so harsh and so rude how she spoke. Also there's no sign in front of the shoes saying to ask for help? I let her know she lost me as a customer and proceeded to leave. I was outside of the store updating my family on the experience I just received and we were all in shock. The lady runs out of the store and starts yelling again I CAN HEAR YOU! And I'm like duh I know? I let her know I would be writing a review. I don't want to write reviews like this but that employee needs to be fired! I've worked in customer service my entire life and this woman is driving customers away I can promise you that. I went into another store and mentioned my experience and all of the employees at that store all heard stories of the crazy mean lady at FOMO so I was happy to hear I wasn't alone.
