Harlow's Casino

Room service was not very good. Towels were requested from the staff and were provided upon request . The television in the room was not working properly. The room was cold. The hotel staff was very friendly

Very disappointed. The web site made it sound so good with mostly great reviews.
The rooms have been renovated & are nice. No fridge or microwave though. The staff is a mixed bag. Most are nice & helpful. The desk clerk was very informative. The security guard that was outside when we arrived is one of their best employees. Wish I had gotten his name. The security at the desk entering the casino needs to be moved! Very poor 1st impression. Smacking on something & acted like we were an intrusion. Went to the cafe for dinner at 5:30 pm. Since we were the ONLY diners that should have been a clue. The food was mediocre at best. Served at our table in a to go box. No plates. On to the dated worn out casino. Every machine I tried had buttons that didn't work & older games. The ventilation system isn't the best for cleaning the air either. Sorry 1st & last visit to Harlow's.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This casino is a joke and a rip off. Security made me give my money to someone that claimed she had money on a machine that I was playing at. What a joke. I would not be recommending this casino to anyone.

I've visited a lot of casinos but this one was different. Food was very good security was very friendly and helpful. It was the dirtiest casino I've ever been into none of the machines were wiped down. It was truly filthy. The entertainment was great I will say that ! Staff was not that friendly. They didn't even say thanks for coming hope you visit us again. Poor poor management

I had comp dollars when I left the house and as soon as I pull up to go in they took it off before I even made it in the door! Place sucks

Great property, spa now open ! Check out the games and the steakhouse as well. Enjoy your trip to this property.

Great casino. I won $7 then I left. This casino was built back in 2008 stated the cashier. They have a big hotel next door. They also have a restaurant here too. This casino is smaller than the great big casinos in Tunica and Robinsonville.

They have lots of slot machines here. They are all digital for some reason. I saw many denomination including; 1 cent, 5 cent, 25 cent, 50 cent, $1 and etc. I did not look for higher than that because I can't afford them.

Had a wonderful massage at the Magnolia Day Spa. Sharon is an awesome massage therapist-very knowledgeable. Helped me tremendously- would highly recommend.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. WATCH FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH!

Room was OK, booked at $59 rate, got charged $119. Asked for a manager, was given a card and told,"she doesn't come in until 9am, but you can call her at home." WHAT?

Food options sucked!

We had a large group stay here and the service was awful. We were told that they would have the steakhouse and other restaurants open for us but they weren't. The buffet didn't open for breakfast until 9:00 am! Seriously?!?

The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. I heard other complaints about a non-smoking room smelling of smoke.

I would not stop at this place or this town.
