Indian Creek Apartments

I'm giving this property 5 stars. Why? Because the staff has been nothing but helpful since day one. I just moved in and any issues I had upon moving in, where taking care of right away! Plus the neighborhood is really quiet and the grounds are well kept.

Just to add this on Yelp too: Indian Creek Apartments not only falsely advertises the apartments they show online, but also has some of the rudest and most disrespectful staff on the planet. I was also told upon moving out that I had a very clean, and well put together apartment (I deep cleaned and yes, spent several hundred dollars on replacing items AND cleaned my ceiling fans), yet somehow got charged with over $200.00 worth of items INCLUDING a "discrepancy" with a ceiling that was never specified. And I try to log in to pay.. and there's a countdown to my next "rent" payment when I have been out for two weeks now. -- Let's continue, shall we. Erin Chance is completely rude and abrasive, and more than that, unwilling to compromise, or just help in certain circumstances (never needed financial help, just had my car towed away), and made a boundless effort to never hear me out. The maintenance team habitually tries to flirt with female tenants, specifically a gentlemen named Phillip that may not work there any more, but he was not the only one. I also received threats with lease violations and charges for having Christmas lights up only a day after Christmas, AND THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD THEM UP YEAR ROUND. Maybe I wanted a little bit of decoration, but my apologies for trying to breathe wrong. There was also a lease violation threat sent out to some tenants that moved their cars (temporarily) under the car ports when a hail storm hit us, so we can't even temporarily protect our cars in your overpriced and unused parking spots?... To top off this finely descriptive experience, my truck also got hit by a 17yr old girl learning how to drive in the parking lot, which occurred December 17th, 2023, and it is May 2nd, and I still do not have my truck back; incredible I would have a had a second car but... not on their watch. The only decent person with kind, and understanding interactions is Mrs. Anna Roberts, and I wish her well, hopefully far away from Indian Creek Apartments one day.

We rented our apartment a month prior to move in. We had visited the complex before during a visit to Austin (we're out of towners). Before move in, we received 3 price errors from Darianaliz. The assistant manager mentioned she was new, so the first error was understood but thought the second and third were excessive. Fast forward to move in day, and we walk into a completely different floor plan than what we applied for. We decide to stay in a hotel for the night since the office was closed and we couldn't talk to them. Next morning comes and we speak to Erin who then tells us, the online listing had an incorrect floor plan photo, she mentions she will fix it, and here iam thinking that's all fine and dandy for future residents but leaves me sh** out of luck because the floor plan we were expecting, isn't available and even if it were, it didn't have W/D connections.we also mention that regardless if we got the wrong floor plan, we were told we would have new appliances and the apartment we walked into; didn't. She promises to upgrade our appliances (we are told they are being installed today), which we appreciate, but she also mentioned working with corporate about the rent (which doesn't seem is happening). So after hearing what we wanted, we move in! Only to find the apartment is roach infested (they offer pest control for $1 a month but the girl just goes in and out and hardly sprays and only sprays on the floor), drawers are barley hanging on, cabinets have major damage of which are just painted over to hide the damage but it's clear as day still. The maintenance crew seems good. The emergency maintenance is awesome. We appreciate maintenance keeping the landscaping in good condition. Parking isn't bad, there's a bunch of kids (yay because we're new in the area and our boys need new friends). Our mail key didn't work at first but they fixed that and I'm not sure if all apartments in this area have an Amazon hub but we love that! I wish we weren't counting down the months for move our but we are.

Great place to live if you're cool with maintenance coming in your apartment while you're sleeping and them Thinking it's no big deal

I have lived at this community for a year it nice place to live at yes it might be older complex and needs some up date to there unit but most of all it was very quite the maintenances team are great very friendly ! I had an issue with my AC the manager came out with the maintenance to see what was going on with my AC she had the them bring us a AC unit until are got fix. I will be going back there after my lease is up @ Oaks of Georgetown stay away from that complex the worst manager ever.

Excellent community! The staff is very friendly and they are always dependable. The buildings are well kept, the grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance staff is very professional and reliable.

Glad to call this place home. Very nice amenities and pools. The grounds are nice and clean with ample parking and lighted pathways at night. The community is very nice.
