I have been bringing my boys here for 7 years now. They both wear glasses and contacts. Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient.

I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches.
I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way.

In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses.

I appreciate businesses that are genuine about the well being of their patients, rather than making the money.

A very knowledgeable and honest optometrist that I will continue sending my family too.

Dr. Emily Wang is the best! Professional, friendly, caring - couldn't recommend her and her staff more!

Today me and my husband went to the best Optometrist in Arcadia Dr.Vivian Shiih hands down the best of the best when it comes to your eye health. Appointments are always accommodating and she and her staff are always on time, friendly very courteous staff. The office is always clean and fully stocked with an array of glasses and shades to fit any and everyone's needs. It's in a great location right off the 210 freeway a few yards away from Santa Anita race track and mall. Today May was there to assist Dr.Vivian. It's always a pleasure to visit everyone at the office . On a scale of 1-1O that office and staff is a 10. You will not regret going there so go on what are you waiting for give them a try.

I scratched my cornea over the weekend and my vision was super blurry in that eye. On Monday morning I called them and they were able to see me the same day. And Dr. She (I'm not sure of the correct spelling. Sorry! Haha) was so great! She was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful! Got me in and out of there in 15' mins. I definitely recommend seeing them.

I purchased my 3-year old son's prescription glasses here back in April. When my son went in for his follow-up with the ophthalmologist 4 months later, the doctor found out Infocus had filled both his lens incorrectly and the left Rx is way off. See photo. I was so upset that this happened to my son and he also complained of headaches while wearing these glasses. The glasses Rx is a medical prescription that is supposed to be filled exactly.

When I told Infocus, they ordered the new lens and told me that the doctor entered the numbers incorrectly into the system when they transposed from ophthalmology to optometry prescription. This is not a good excuse as this conversion is a standard and common procedure that they perform. They should implement checks into their process so this doesn't happen again. As compensation for their negligence, they remade both lens for free... even though both were done incorrectly!

Again, my son is only 3. I'm very concerned he wore the wrong Rx during a critical time of eye development. No matter what age, be careful getting your prescription glasses here. There are many other stores with proper checks and better customer service.

Wow, we are very impressed with this center. Me and my 2 young daughters made an appointment to do a regular eye exam. Found this office through the list provided by my insurance company. The receptionist and Dr Vivian Shih are both superb...way exceeded my expectations. I thought for the 3 of us, our exam should last maybe 15-20 min each so 1 hour should be more than enough right? Boy was I wrong. We were there for 1.5 hours! Dr Shih is so thorough, friendly and made great suggestions on how we can keep/improve our vision. My daughters can't wait to come back and see her again! I have seen a few Optometrists in the past and I have to say she's my favorite so far. Highly recommend Dr Shih :)

Dr. Shih is the absolute best! I went for my first appointment in years and she walked me through the entire beginnings of getting my eyes checked and made me feel so comfortable. It never felt like she was trying to upsell me or give me bad news. It really was so enlightening to hear about how to keep your vision healthy! I'm so thankful I visited this place. Everyone was so sweet and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend if you are needing a new doctor. They even took many insurances :)

Went InFocus today with my wife and we were the very first appointment of the day. The process was easy and simple they have a nice clean business safe and secure. They have many protocols to keep all there customers at ease and safe actually before covid even happened they were already safe I just feel extra safe. There selection of eye ware is amazing so many choices to fit everyone's personnel style. There located in the heart of Arcadia off the 210 freeway near goldmine station. Rosie has good taste for glasses so look for her she's a great person. Also Dr.V is just as sweet and humble so easy to talk to. There prices are reasonable and they accept insurance. Me and my family have been coming there for at 13 years and I don't see us going anywhere else who moved away pretty far but still travel to this spot because it's the best and the best for us. Went there for eye check up. Dr. Vivian Shih is very thoughtful and caring. She went through a whole set of testing for my eyes and patiently explained very details of my eye problem without changing me a lot. Thank you Dr. Shih.

My family and I have been coming with Dr. Wang and Dr. Shih for more than 10 years. I do not trust anyone else but them for my optometry needs. The staff and doctors are super caring and really take time to provide excellent service. My son had to get a new set of glasses this year and needed them urgently. Dr. Want went out of her way to personally deliver them to our home because she knew my son needed them. This is 100% excellent service. I highly recommend Infocus vision to everyone. My Family and I will continue to come to Infocus Vision always.
