Lake Norman Airport Taxi

No Show!!! Booked them to take is the the airport with a 4am pickup. I confirmed time multiple times by text. He calls me right before 4am and says he messed up and he accidentally put in his calendar at 4pm.
Totally screwed our morning up and gave us unnecessary stress. Wouldn't use this guy ever again.

Very responsive and polite driver. Was on time and was easy to find outside CLT airport. Excellent driver. Felt very safe!

I hired the company to take us to the airport and the I called the day prior and he said oh I'm glad u called I spilled coffee on the address and can't read it anymore! Had I not called was he just not going to show up? So when he did show up the vehicle was dirty and had a urine smell to it. We had family in town and we were both heading to airport, they need to be more professional and clean their vehicles !

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give a 0! I had a prearranged ride set up for my daughter who is a single mom of a 17 month old. It was to go to the airport for a flight home. Raymond waited 10 minutes in the driveway after my daughter asked for help loading her luggage etc. then abruptly left with no warning, leaving her stranded. Apparently he had a schedule to keep, when my husband asked what if he hit traffic heading to the airport, he hung up on my husband. Absolutely RUDE and unprofessional! Thank goodness for a wonderful Lift driver!! Who was also cheaper AND helped with her bags since she had her child and car seat etc to deal with.

I made a reservation a 4:30 AM reservation for the airport on Thanksgiving morning and the taxi was a no show. I had an email confirmation and was very upset that they didn't come! I would never use them if you want a reliable service.

Never again. Raymond left us stranded at the airport a year ago. Then he was a no-show to take us to the airport in Jan (2017). All we need is reliability. Not Raymond.

I have used Raymond (or one of his drivers) for almost 3 years on runs to and from the airport from Davidson for both business and personal travel. In 20+ trips during that time, LKN Taxi has never been late in picking me up at home, or being ready to get me at the airport, even with flight changes and delays. Perhaps Raymond's equipment could be upgraded, but certainly not his attention to service.

Excellent service and a hard worker. Exceeded my expectations I really couldn't ask for a better driver. Fun, personable and an overall pleasurable experience.

This service worked out well for us when we had to get to the airport early Sunday morning during a snow storm. They were there on time and we had a hassle free ride to the airport.

They took one hour to get to the airport with no traffic and apparently forgot to pick us up until called. They did get a car to pick us up but did not tell the driver where we were going.

All arrangements were made two week prior to our departure.
