If I could leave a zero star I would. THE WORST manager and worst customer service ever. We drove an hour to purchase a $2100+ lawnmower. she was so rude to us. yelled at us. refused to help at all. I've never been treated so badly at a store in my life. I'm 63. I'm just shocked

Lowe's does not service what it sells!
I purchased a freezer in Waxahachie, TX in 2021, and it died over the weekend. Called on my "Extended Protection Plan"--HA!--and was connected to an overseas agent who I could barely understand. Service was scheduled in two days. Then, service "provider" scheduled it out another day. Then, they changed it again and then said they couldn't come due to unforseen events and they would reschedule. Now it's 4 days and I still have no idea when my freezer will be fixed!
I have contacted every number available with no help. I've contacted Waxahachie's manager and nothing has been taken care of. I am still sitting here with no freezer.
Apparently Lowe's believes it's too big to fail. They have lost my business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lea Ann B.Scottsdale, AZ08Aug 12, 2023
My husband and I are new to the area and this Lowe's in Gun Barrel City is the closest location to us. We are building and have been to this store a number of times. Angel Brooks at the Pro Desk helped us from the beginning! She is so nice and has gone way beyond what we could have ever expected for help. She goes out of her way to make sure our orders are correct and we get what we need. Thank you Angel for making our project and our experience at Lowe's a very positive one! We'll tell everyone we know!!

My recent visit to Lowe's was generally positive, but I must mention that Derek's customer service was disappointing. He seemed disinterested, lacked product knowledge, and was unhelpful when asked for assistance. It's important for Lowe's to address such issues to maintain their reputation for excellent customer service.

Tried to call the kitchen cabinet department. Spent 6 minutes waiting for the department to pick up the phone. When the call was finally answered, it was immediately put on hold. Truly horrible service.

Actually I give no stars. I was in the garden center of Lowe's looking at water sprayers on 6/14/21 when a 20 pound box fell from the top shelf (12 ft+ above me) where boxes were stacked without a safety net to hold them in place ...like Home Depot has. The box came down and hit me on the head knocking me to the ground. Several people came to help me. Some took pictures and called for some assistance. I spent the day in a neck brace getting a cat scan at a local emergency room. Lowe's did pay for the medical part. The next day, I get a call and a claim number for an incident report. I missed the call. Got the voice mail. It's been over a week. I've called Lowe's Claim to speak to an agent everyday. No response. I email the agent. No response. I'll bet they don't put up a net either. Protect your customers Lowe's, or you won't have any.
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Apr 8, 2021Previous reviewIt doesn't even warrant one star. I went to Lowe's in Gun Barrel today 4/8/21. NONE of the plants, indoors or outdoors, had been watered for quite sometime. Many of the vegetable and herb plants should've been given their last rights already. Every single Lowe's employee that I talked to said "Not my problem". I called customer service to voice my concern. I guess Lowe's doesn't own a hose or there is no one there that know how to operate one. I went to Walmart and got my plants. Tomorrow I'm going to Home Depot in Terrell. No more Lowe's for me.

Whatever manager was on duty tonight- Nov 8 at 8pm needs some serious training in customer service. Very rude and not helpful AT ALL. We will never be back to Lowes and will go to their competitor a county over. Very disappointed how they treat disabled veterans.

This store has the worst employees, they are slow, lazy and rude, I will say that one young man back in the roofing area was a great employee, there's a bunch of others that could learn from him.
The cow that works at the special orders desk, is lazy, and rude, and needs to be taught some manners, this female exhibited a horrible attitude, was not helpful, could not answer questions about products, and had the attitude that we were stupid and bothering her, was very unhelpful, didn't offer any assistance in finding another option to the question, if you're going to work at a job that requires you to interact with people, you might at least act like your helpful and not the whole attitude of your being bothered by the customer, the person with me said the same thing, and I can tell you right now, Lowes just lost a large sale, I'm sick of bad customer service, and will not spend my money with stores that don't make their employees act right, I'm sick of going into these places and leaving angry due to a horrible bunch of employees, I'll pay more at a local hardware store, to get better service.
With the price of everything going up, I think it's time these stores did a better job with customer service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0May 5, 2020Previous reviewI like to give this store a higher rating, but in the past few weeks I've been in the store twice, I've spent a lot of money, and a lot of it was on lawn and garden stuff.
Well I've checked out though the lawn and garden section, and I'm going to try and say this as nice as I can, your store has a very old women at the register, who is so worried about people being near her she screws up the prices on the mark downs, this has happened twice, both times I was over charged for items that were marked down, she doesn't listen when you tell her to make sure and check the price, had some paint, 2.50$, got charged 9.00$, had to go back into the store and stand at customer service for 30 minutes, because she didn't make sure that the price she rang up was the same as the price, ( that was in big black numbers on the can) marked.
And the people at CS, called for a manger 6 times, the poor girl finally went and got one of your cheerful (NOT) mangers from the break room.
Now a second time I'm in the lawn and garden section checking out, and again, this old woman, who is so worried about anyone being near her she over charged me again, and that was after she was told twice to check the price on the tag, which was 3.00$, she rings it up and charges me 5.00$ each.
And then she got indignant with me, and crunched up my receipt when she handed it to me, giving me dirty looks, I was so fed up I didn't even bother going back in to correct the price, not worth putting up with the BS.
You need to move that old woman to another place, somewhere she doesn't have to worry about coming in contact with people, that way she can concentrate on what's she's doing.
Funny none of the other employees I came in contact with in the store acted like that, and if she's that worried she should be wearing a mask.
And the stupid thing was she touched, everything we and I mean me, my mom, and my husband had already touched multiple times. - Bren W.Terrell, TX055Apr 6, 2021
The customer service in this store is non existant I have been dealing with an issue now for over a month. I called the store and asked for a customer service manager and was transferred to a kid in the garden department. I was hung up on several times.
finally a customer service person told me she would resolve my issue by mailing me the proper manual for my lawn mower. It has been 10 days now.
just called them again asked for a manager got put on hold for 5 minutes.
this is totally crappy service.
All I wanted was the proper manual for my lawn mower. Their answer most of the time was come get it. It's almost 50 miles to this store.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
