I love this store more than home Depot. The staff was great. A pro staff helped us with ordering a shower door, getting us the most for our money and saving us a hundred dollars. She helped us with all our remodeling needs. I love their prices, the selection, and unlike home Depot they have items in stock. The only thing that needed to be ordered was delivered without incident and on time. Other stores say they tried to deliver or don't deliver at the times they say. Dealt with them and happy to find lowes. Great staff, clean store and great service and prices.

I compare this chain to home Depot and prefer this one 10 times more. I don't have to jump through hoops to return an item and then jump through hoops to use a gift card store credit to pay for something. Lowes matched price of the exact same item if it was more. Lowes has my business.

Used to be my go-to when I needed something fast. A lot of good folks work here, all it takes is one person with a bad attitude to drive you away. And that's what happened. I will avoid the Hamburg Lowes from now on.

I stopped in to get a small step stool. The associate who I asked for help was great, as was the associate who I ran into when I had other questions. I noticed they have three different sizes of WD-40. They have a mini one. It was 3 ounces for $3.98. They have a 12 ounce one for $6.58 and a 14.4 ounce bottle for $10.28. I bought the biggest size just in case I needed it. The one I have from another store is only 10 ounces. I'll definitely be back here, if I need anything else.

Bought a new refrigerator for our son & daughter-in-law for Christmas. Paid for delivery, removal of the old refrigerator, and a 3 yr. extended warranty. The refrigerator was delivered on Dec. 12, 2023, and stopped working on Dec. 30, 2023. My son has been getting the runaround from Lowes and from Frigidaire, and he and his family are still without a refrigerator. I would suggest shopping elsewhere for appliances, and shop for something other than Frigidaire!! Both are absolutely the worst!@

This Lowe's has the friendliest employees! I went to grab supplies for a few jobs yesterday, and it was a warm sunny Saturday so of course it was a mad house. I went in and grabbed paint, and the nicest man in the world made my colors. I wandered around the garden section where a few employees were watering plants, and they all said hello. I go and grab my paint, and thank the nicest man on the planet and continue to check out. The woman at checkout was extremely helpful. While I was scanning my items I hear another cashier recommending adding coffee grounds to the soil for a blueberry plant a customer was purchasing. Awesome. I head out to my car, and another employee in the parking lot wished me a great day. Thank you Lowe's, I will have a great day.

This concerns the on line ordering. I finished the order for a Weber grill, hit on the PayPal for payment. The next day, the website denied my payment method.
Research : Lowes didn't use PayPal at this time. Since they didn't advise PayPal of the problem', PayPal holds my $ until 30 days are up......I suggest whoever can, should remove the damn PayPal button if Lowes doesn"t use them!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vinny G.Hamburg, NY08Mar 30, 2023
They don't deserve even 1 star,they have the worst customer service ,and they don't care.The employees must hide in the back room because you could never find one,if you do ask to see a manager,you have a better shot of winning the lottery .Their completely useless and don't care if they have your business .Their ace in the hole for bad service is ,it's covid fault .

Lowes aggravation twice in one month. First going for outdoor bird supplies. Ok there is the isle sign to direct me. Nope, no bird stuff there. Asking two clerks on the floor I got sent running all over to two wrong locations in the store. Staff at service desk was uncertain until one young man came on. He finally walked me to where they were moved. 20 min of wasted running around.
Recently seeing abundant inventory for the utility mat I wanted on-line at my location and others nearby I jumped in the car to pick one up. Sorry the 16 indicated in isle 44 bay 19 had no such mat, nor even a shelf marker for it. A young woman staff member did a yeoman's job trying to find them. Nothing.
I came home ordered in online. Going to pick it up I was told it was the very last one in all nearby branches. Odd. All the branch Lowes still show abundant stock of this item.

This Lowe's location is terrible! Called several times to set up an appointment to have a house measured for a rug installation. No one answers the phone or your left on hold. Finally made the appointment and they showed upped on time.
Then I had to go into this location to pick out the rugs / pads which was another nightmare. Waited over an hour for an employee to assist met. Went back to pay and the prior employee never entered any info in the system which took another hour. Trying to find help is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Been over a month since my initial phone call and still no call back to set up the rug install.
Management needs to be terminated. Never any employees around and no sense of urgency. Your better off paying the local businesses. Will never use them for another home improvement project.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
