This Lowe's has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. What ever you do, don't inconvenience the customer support people with an issue or you will get an attitude in person, or just put on hold for a half hour if you call in.
I spent over an hour yesterday (on a Saturday) begrudgingly trying to have them figure out why my Lowe's credit card wasn't working, only to finally have to just pay with my non Lowe's card. No one knows what the hell is going on and they all seem to avoid anything that requires any amount of effort. I am trying to call the store today (after just being out ok hold for 30 minutes and me finally hanging up to call again) and it's been ringing for 3 minutes straight.

I had excellent help with getting the right size wood for a bed frame. Caleb is a worker there that helped me out a lot. I would recommend him if you need help with anything wood related. Besides that, it was a good experience.

Not sure why one forgot to write a review of this awesome store. Although one has not been here in about a year Lowes in wake forest has by far better service than Home Depot. From paints to lights, garden supplies to hardware's this store has great organization in the ability to find things. What one could like most is the employees are easy to find and most willing to assist.

Bought a refrigerator and had delivered. It was badly damaged when it arrived with six large dents in right side and front control panel cracked. I refused delivery and they drove off with no word. Made several calls to see when I could expect delivery of a clean machine and told they would reply within 24 hours. Went to store to cancel order and they said could not do from store. Gave me same number to call that I have called 4 times already. Called Lowes credit card and registered dispute which will take 60 days. This is second time I have been screwed by Lowes on a delivery. This will be last time I ever purchase any item from Lowes that they deliver.

Terrible customer service! Rude employees. I just tried calling because I've been waiting for my refrigerator panels to be shipped (waiting since May). They answered the phone and then just put it back on hold four times. I mean seriously, no effort or care about customers.

Update to the previous review. Got a call 10 days after the last broken dryer was not delivered due to the damage to the unit. They called to schedule another delivery, we declined, so they credited our account $135 due to the issue.

The salesman knew these were stackable and after we asked him if anything else was needed he replied - Nope you are good and then made sure to request 5 stars if requested for his service.
Delivery came out several days later, and informed us that we needed a stacking key and left. We purchased one that day(after being told at the store we're we're all set. )
Fast forward six weeks- numerous no call backs, hours of holding on the phone and two deliveries w replacements (all broken) we just gave up and kept the scratched dryer because it works and said the heck with it. Another one I'll never order anything from them that requires delivery.
The delivery department sucks, and that's an understatement. The store takes no responsibility for their delivery dept so they are pathetic as well

I've given up on this store attempting to resolve an issue with my countertop installation. The installer miscut the countertop for the sink, and I and my wife have spent hours of our time talking to different Lowes service departments. They take notes, but each call I'm basically starting from scratch. The manager Mark is the same. He told me he'd take care of the issue and call me back the next day, and a week later I finally got hold of him again only to be back to square one. Lowe's don't leave voicemails, and neither will their installer. I bought this countertop back in February, after cancellations finally an install took place in April. Now we're in June and nobody from Lowes has even been out to look at the damage. The installer after a month of asking came out, but not before telling me that they did nothing wrong. Good luck getting hold of the district manager. Pretty much we've been ghosted.

Horrible customer service. I got put on hold and stayed there for 20 minutes before they ended it on me, ordered something only came 20 days late!

My delivery for my BBQ was on May 27th. It came with a broken wheel so I didn't accept it. Was notified that delivery would be the next day. Canceled that day and now May 29th between 9am and 9pm. Our whole day is shot as it's now 5pm and no BBQ. Delivery service not very good from Lowes on Galaxy in Wake Foresy

Excellent service from Jeremy in appliances. We needed to get a range quickly and Home Depot wanted us to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery. We're getting the range from lowes in 2 days. Jeremy was quick, helpful and he always listened to what I said.
