Mei's Japanese Express

I can't recommend this place. In general it is clean but the food just sits on the bar and is not cooked cb to order. My food was cold and steak was tough. Fried rice has no veggies or egg in it just rice with sauce. You only get one veggie and one side with meat. Expensive for the quantity and quality of the food. I threw away half my food including the shrimp which was not cooked fully.

I had the chicken bowl with lo mein, and my coworker had the chicken bowl with fried rice. We both agreed that the chicken was very poor quality. The noodles had no flavor. I would not recommend this. Maybe the sushi would be better.

Really good food. We had the fried dumplings, Sesame chicken, and Teriyaki chicken with steamed rice.

This place is new , it just opened 11/14/20. Lines were pretty long but I ordered online. Food is awesome. Will be going back!

Fast service great portions and price!! Stopped in for lunch wasn't disappointed. Flavor of the steak hibachi wasn't the best I've ever had but wasn't the worse either. Will stop for lunch again. Place was spotless and parking lot was big enough to have room to park my truck.

The sushi was hard, due to rice not being prepared with rice vinegar most likely. It was bland and difficult to eat. We had to pay 1.00 extra for teriyaki sauce, which typically comes with a hibachi style plate. The food was not prepared fresh, it was taken from a buffet style warmer. I've never had Japanese food this bad.

The service and food is always great!!! My boyfriend and I come here so often it's probably unhealthy haha! I really do love this food and I always enjoy my experience when I go. The staff is always so kind and the food always looks delicious. It's always hot when it comes out and I never have to ask them to fix anything.

Their express bowls are great, and the shrimp is really good! The drive thru is pretty quick for the kind of food you're getting, too.

Absolutely great place to eat out when you don't feel like cooking! The food is always hot and a great combination of Chinese and Japanese cuisines! The Mei's Specialty Roll is an all time favorite in my household. I have had many Japanese expresses and they are all over priced and bland but this one has low prices and tastes a lot better. Someone mentioned a small scoop of rice for $2 but that's enough rice for a side order and everything costs so they have to gain profit somewhere! 10/10 recommend!!!

the food isn't even japanese food. it's chinese food. the fried rice is just soy sauce and rice. the mixed vegetables are raw, not even half cooked. they are very over priced and it takes so long to get the food you ordered. a small scoop of fried rice is $2, really?? the chicken wasn't freshly cooked, it was probably left overs from lunch. mcdonald's is better than this.
