I have been to this law office 3 times, and every visit all the staff members have been extremely polite, professional, and helpful. So I am not sure what these other people are experiencing. Unfortunate for them. However, in my case - I am a highly satisfied customer of Meredith. She helped my wife and I with our initial status adjustments, and now we are about to use her again when we file for my wife's conditions to be removed. staff was ok, but for the $40 consultation, you would think she would be a little more nicer and patient. immigration law is confusing and nerve wrecking, it doesn't help when they don't have the patience enough to explain, will be going elsewhere
