For a Nautica outlet, this place is a bit on the small side. However, they have all the basics, but be careful shopping during holiday season - they will most likely NOT have your size. The clearance rack consisted almost exclusively XXXXXL or XS options!

I made at least 3 efforts to reach out to Nautica customer services Nautica_Store_Concerns@vfc.com). And also shared this feedback online on Dec. 16. 2011. However, no one from Nautica responded or seemed to care about my experience. I no longer shopping from Nautica when visiting Gaffney outlet....
I would like to share my disturbing experience on Dec. 16, 2011. I call the Nautica store (864-489-5505) in Gaffney, SC about price error made during my previous night's purchase. Store employee Tiffany answered the call around 1 PM EST. I explained the issue and seek for Tiffany's assistance. The conversation was in neutral motion and there was nothing special about it. After Tiffany told me that she didn't have authority, I asked her if I could talk to store supervisor. Tiffany put the phone down and talked to supervisor in the background. Unfortunately I could hear Tiffany's conversation loud & clear. There were many offensive and provocative words like "this idiot", "asshole", etc. I was shocked and extremely disturbed by what I heard. What made the case even worse is that Tiffany and I didn't have any argue or unpleasant conversation prior to me requesting talking to store supervisor.
I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude experience from Nautica or any other stores over the past 20 years. I used to visit this store location on my way driving from Charlotte to Atlanta. All of the rest employees always are professional and courtesy. This experience really bothers me.
By the way, store supervisor Marla did help me resolved the price error, which was caused by computer. Marla was professional, and she did apologize for Tiffany's behavior.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
