Pak Mail

I reserved a van through them snd when I came ti pick it up U-Haul had moved my pick up. I reserved the van inside yesterday and the clerk told me the next morning that the van would be ready and that I would be given a code to get the keys. Shen I came to the store I was told the van was not available so I cancelled the order. Drove all the way here to use the van. Very poor service.

I use this location for all my shipping and notary needs. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Would rather come here than the post office!

Zero stars if I could. Dropped off a package to be shipped Fed Ex Smart Post on May 11. Got a receipt with the tracking number on it so thought I was good. Wrong! Package never started tracking and as of May 21....no one knows what happened to my package. Pak Mail says Fed Ex picked up the packages that day...yet they have no proof! They don't scan the packages or verify the carriers pick them up! Receipt is worthless. Fed Ex says nothing they can do about it since tracking never started. So I am out of luck and no one is responsible. I thought the receipt would be of value but it means nothing. Since Pak Mail doesn't verify the packages are handed off....they can be stolen from the store, misplaced, etc. Who knew a shipping company didn't track their shipments! Will never use this business again.

It has been missing the shipment made 6/29 and no response or countermeasure thus far. I have used Pak mail at different locations without issues, but I am not sure about this one.
