Workshops & Trainings - Please check our calendar for the latest events and offerings at the center. Far infrared Sauna - heat is generated by waves of energy at the far end of the infrared spectrum. The sun naturally produces this type of invisible light. Sound Reflexology - Enjoy all the benefits of our Customer Groove Area and add treatments for your feet and legs. Decompress in our Breath Lounger chair which incorporates So Sound Acoustic Resonance technology.

Bridget has been working with my Mom for 4 years, now 92 and going strong! This place is AMAZING! I've tried the salt cabin, infrared spa, and foot massage so far. I plan on going right down the menu. Treat yourself! Stop in and experience the real deal! Professional, kind, caring and plain old AWESOME!
