Ramics Repair

Awhile back I contact Ramics to come to my home to replace the gasket on the washer. They could not get the part in quickly so I contacted another repair company that replaced it the next day. A few days later they came knocking at my door and I told them I did not need their services. The tech person then barraged me with text messages and threatened me that I was responsible for the part and his trip out to my house. I told him that this is not how it works! He didn't even step foot in the door.

So then Ramics starts sending me an invoice for 349.00 about every other day through email. They will not get paid and I have to warn you, they are creepy and they act like stalkers. Do you really want one of them inside your home? I am creeped out by this company! They sent me an invoice because I chose their competitor? I could see if they walked in my front door and actually installed it but no! I will not call them again for anything!

ramics repair will get to within hours after service call. i think you pay a little more, total repair from start to finish is within 72hrs. i'm sure if my fridge needed a new compressor, id expect a week to have my fridge down. my technician was polite and punctual, and professional. their parts are guaranteed for a year and labor 30 days. im sure ill be using ramics repair again. it would be cool if they had at least a shirt that had their name on it. anyway, TRUST IT!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ramics Repair. Alex was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my dishwasher and how he would fix it. He also communicated clearly about the costs and was able to work with my home warranty company. After repairing the problem, he even took the time to adjust the alignment of my dishwasher to make it easier to close and replaced a screw that had been missing. I would highly recommend Ramics Repair.

They replaced a part on my fridge that was covered by my LG warranty and are refusing to reimburse us for the part. It's been 3 months since they did the work and every time I call they tell me a manager will call me back and no one ever does. Bad business practice and recommend going elsewhere for repairs.
