      Horrible towing company. They messed up my car and don't want to take responsibility for the damages even though they came in repo style to take my car which I left behind My garage. I have photos of my car before the tow and they still deny it, I would stay clear of this company even if you're paying them to help you, I don't trust them. They haven't provided me with videos or photos from the tow truck that I have requested 5 months ago.

      This company is a disgrace to the community. They tow away vehicles because they work with a system of LAPD to take away from working class citizens and students. Instead of throwing away the cars that are making our neighborhoods look dirty they take away from their neighbors from the community members that are going to work just because we forgot to put a little pass or it fell off. Some of us park in the same places the vehicles are the same they go around just throwing away cars that are parked inside of our communities next to our homes just because they think that they're doing some sort of good job this is a piss poor job get a better one get some thing that brings back to the community not takes away with a disgraceful job.

      I can't believe how I was treated just now! My boyfriend and I walk in and a man approached my boyfriend who was black by the way, and came at him and said "get your hands out of your pockets!" I was so uncomfortable and thrown off as we stood in silence waiting to be helped by him and then he said "he can help you over there" pointing at the other guy who was working. No hello, no how's your day or how can I help you, just silence! I felt at that point I had to say something so I looked at the man who was rude to is and said "wow no hello or how can I help you as I'm in your company trying to get service?" and his response was" crazy times out there" like what!? We literally just walked in and was attacked by you!? What a racist human being! That guy should NOT be in customer service, and should be fired immediately!

      these guys stole my work van and the Devonshire porkys help them .. i went to a family gathering thinking that my van would be good. But little did I knew that the DPS.VALLEYPORKYBOYS they had other plans no money to Score that window-work they decided to call the homies from TOWII-BKRS to party all night ..so I just got back today and notice my van was gone.A CHISMOSA BYSTANDER SAID THE PORKYS&towiis- took it they left a report tape outside for public viewing I called the porkys and they said that they don't know why toweiis took it since it's registered and insured and doesn't have no unpaid tickets ..you done messed up but I knew better the porkys needed and excused to search car because they don't have dickk. Hahah so BECKER NOYS ARE YOU READY TO PAY UP FOR UNLAWFUL THEFT OF VEHICLE I TOOK PICTURES of van before I left to family reunion so if you or porkys removed the tags to commit a crime then who ever owens this company INSURAMCE LIABILITY PAYMENT FOR MALPRACTICE THEFT AND DAMAGES TO VEHICLE AND . Ill let the people that wrote a reviee to comment on what othe charges we can stick But big check Fucked up TOWIEEKROOKS-GTA?CLIKS

      The ticket I got boxed me in. This company ripped me off $300, handled my car in an unsafe way when it was returned to me, and had a generally disgruntled attitude. The clerk forced me to re-sign a credit card receipt due to the signature not being 200 percent exact. I was under a lot of stress that was clear and they did nothing to help.

      At one point the clerk actually stopped talking to me midway through a conversation. They were oblivious to my clear distress that I had believed my car was stolen. It was already a joke that my car got towed over a minor street parking error that I never noticed last night and now fear even parking in my area. Shame on this company and shame on DoT for holding my car at this crummy, out of the way lot. I lost money AND made my already stressful life more distressing. These people make me want to just sell my car!

      This is a horrible company. They impounded and towed a car that was parked on the street with no parking signs and sent me the bill. I donated this vehicle in Oct. 2014 to Cars 4 Causes, check out my review on them, and the vehicle was sold and impounded in Dec. When I got the bill I called Ross Baker Towing and told them I am not the owner and explained I donated the car back in Oct. They said they wold remove my name from their computer/list.

      Yesterday I get a collection letter from Lien Enforcement representing Ross Baker Towing Service that I'm in collection and own $623. I can't believe I have to deal with this all over again. I called and they don't care to listen to me that I'm not the owner and I filled out release of liability with the DMV in Nov. they say I owe them money. I now will contact an attorney to straighten this mess out.

      I had a rental that was towed when I went to pick it up eventual agreement was not inside the vehicle I asked what I should do since they required that document I was told by Maria to call Enterprise and get it and they are closed on Sunday so I had to wait till Monday to pick to talk to the Encino branch to get the rental agreement when I did that they told me oh you could've just gone to your email and printed out when I went to get the vehicle on Monday I asked the Latin guy who is working there what would be the correct procedure when someone miss places there until agreement he immediately said go to your email and printed out Maria knew this but she with forethought did not tell me the correct quickest procedure to get the document that was required so as to cause me to have the vehicle stored there are two additional days end it was part of the Ross Baker tradition to deceitful because when I called the manager Richard Maguire I asked him what will be the quickest way to get a rental agreement he said call your rental company when I said to him what about checking your email He said yes you can do that when I asked him why don't you tell me there at the beginning even like Maria pre-meditated with forethought and with conviction let purposely missed lead me to not get the required documents so as to cause me increased fees and could've caused additional harm if my being prevented of using the vehicle could've been in anyway harmful if others were relying on me and they could've ended in a different manner This is their Sop Standard operating procedure if someone were relying on me for a ride in they could not get that rise and some thing happened to that person I believe that they would be responsible knowing that they missed lead me by not telling me to go to the email and printed out which I could've done in five minutes instead I had to wait 44 hours from my vehicle and they see nothing wrong with that you know what they say there's a special place in hell for you finish sentence watch out

      Worst tow experience I've ever had. Do not trust this tow service for even a jump start. Tow driver did not know where to plug in his jumper cables into the tow truck. He walked around the tow truck for like 5 minutes trying to figure it out. Once he connected the cables he went to my car battery and it took him another 5 minutes to figure out where to connect them. After that my car lights wouldn't even go on. I had to get it towed to a mechanic if and they told me the computer was fried. I filed a complaint form and they returned my call yelling that they weren't gonna cover it before he even heard what I had to say. The supervisor couldn't even hear me out. This tow yard is junk call AAA. Lesson learned.
