Very happy with this salon. High quality and friendly staff. I have been going to Frank for over 10 years and couldn't be more satisfied with his work--I ALWAYS receive compliments on my hair, even months after a visit. I've never felt pressured to buy products nor have I been upsold services I did not want or need. I couldn't recommend Frank and this salon more highly.

Frank has been my stylist for 10 years now and is highly skilled at his job. He is competent, kind, knowledgeable and does beautiful work. He has always listened to me as a client and provides great feedback on what is best suited for me. I've never been disappointed by the services provided at Saskia. Frank has a wealth of experience and talent and executes gorgeous color/cuts that are always progressive and on par with current trends. I constantly get compliments on my hair and I consider myself lucky to have found such a wonderful talent here in the valley, as a great stylist is hard to find. I've been going to salons since I was an adolescent and admittedly have very high standards, so I would consider myself very well versed in the qualities that define a master stylist and Frank is one of those gems

I just had my hair cut by Maya and she did a fantastic job! I had long thick hair and she cut it short (just below my shoulder), layer and thinned it for me. I highly recommend her!

frank without approval - butchered - destroying my long thick hair without my request or consent @ saskia salon! my very long thick mid back length hair was completely destroyed by frank's cut - incompetence & pure greed @ saskia's salon - i did not ask for or want this haircut, frank cut without my permission to drive up a higher price = higher commision like a crook destroyed my hair for greed! he completely ruined my long hair i'm reminded daily as a year later it's still short/thin! frank always added on not requested services, treatments & cuts to increase total bill to $400+ bill every time! - (photo of average bill.) i declined the "sneak in" at wash time a "rip off $40 treatment" it ruins your hair! he did it anyway. honest business do not need to sneak in $40 "treatments!"
i'd decline $100+ haircuts i did not want or need frank did it anyway -- i seriously regret ever going to frank - con man!
my last visit i did not request or want a cut- frank took it upon himself to cut my hair used thinning shears & cut thin layers i did not ask for or want! this is absolute most horrendous haircut of my life! see my before and after photos!! frank destroyed my thick long hair! i'm over 50 i've had a lot of haircuts, this was the absolute worst of my life!
a year later - still growing out the horrendous damage done by frank's unrequested haircut - greed for driving up the cost! shocking how badly this cut was done - thinned terribly by frank an incompetent stylist & grifting! frank completely ruined my thick long hair -it's taking years to grow back from horrendous damage!
frank absolutely disgusts me - most unethical stylist i've ever encountered! destroying my hair for only his profit.

learn from my mistake - i deeply regret not leaving long before frank destroyed my hair - against my will! i knew i should have walked out they day he ruined my hair. i would leave -1,000,000,000 negative - do not trust this con man or salon! i'm not alone, look at the 1 star reviews.

additional greed- frank - told me to throw out brand new moroccan oil ($48 each) & new products i had stocked up on only to try & sell me product at saskia salon ! frank's a complete con man - i was a complete fool to ever trust him with my hair as he completely ruined my long, beautiful hair all for commision & greed!

more scam: the front desk at christmas bogo - will double charge you for the so called by one get one free! they won't have the item in stock, ask you to pay, then when the product is in then charged again when it was not in stock so you pay for every product not honoring bogo ever! scamming tactics are all they run at this salon.

at my new salon - stylist said i'm the 3rd person who has shared this experience - bad haircuts and treatment from saskia salon!

Frank is amazing! I asked him to find me a hairstyle that complements me and he did great. He is definitely an expert at his trade and being a veteran is an added plus!

I needed to get my son in for a quick hair cut appointment. I was able to get in with Sasha. She did a fabulous job with my son's hair and he loves it. The salon was very nice, great lighting and a cute setup with the mirrors at each station. The overall ambiance was great and my son and I were treated to complimentary drinks. There were a ton of options to choose from and the drinks came in a cute class cup. My son and I will see you guys again.

Sasha Nicole has changed my life! Before my appointment I was carving out a good 15-20 minutes of my day every time I showered for detangling, crying and regretting. I don't know what necromancy powers she has but she literally brought my hair back from the dead! I am a whole new woman coming out of the hair salon. My confidence is through the roof and I know I can achieve anything. I did come in a little unprepared not knowing exactly what I wanted but that was no challenge for Sasha she was very kind in helping me figure out what I wanted and educating me on how we can achieve the look. I've been to other hair salons and typically they do a variation of what they want but not Sasha Nicole, my hair came out exactly how I wanted it to! She also did an amazing job of giving after care tips to maintain a healthy look. thank you Sasha Nicole for giving my hair life and empowerment!

I had my hair cut by makayla last Friday
And she under cut my hair in the back and looks terrible from the side view I've requested to talk to the owner of the Saskia Salon but no response i wouldn't recommend them very expensive and I could get a better haircut at Great Clips

No stars if was possible. I called this place to make an appointment for a haircut and asked to be seen by Saskia. The receptionist thought I was an existing client so she booked me to see her in 2 weeks. When I asked if possible to do my hair color at the same time. The receptionist was like " oh you're new client ?" for new clients she could she you on April and I was calling first week of February, Then I said I would prefer to get it done all the same time and didn't you just said she could she me Feb 21 if I was existing client, To make the story short I was booked on the 21and she even asked for cc # to book appointment. 3 days before the appointment I got a txt to confirm and reminding me "24 hours of cancellation " Then the day of appointment it self they call me 2 1/2 hours before the appointment to cancel. Take note with no offer to rebook with the same person I wanted to see.She mentioned a different stylist. Since you are new client and Saskia is not feeling well see this other person. I'm surprised normal stylist if they have an emergency like that they know when they will be free and would let you know before they call and cancel when they can see you. But not this place. The receptionist was like I have to check with Saskia when she can see you. Wow very professional ! Don't bother wasting your time trying to come here.


So they never called back to let me know anything. Then after 21 days of posting this review Saskia personally called upset. Saying she almost got a heart attack that's why she canceled, I understand that people have emergencies. It's just how her staff handled it. Maybe you train them better with customer service. If you read more in the reviews I'm not the only with this issue if you are a new customer.

I was in the salon today and had a fantastic cut and color with Frank. My daughter and I have been going to Frank and Lettie for over 10 years, and have consistently had exceptional service. If you are looking for a creative and knowledgeable stylist who is an excellent communicator then I can strongly recommend either Frank or Lettie. The salon is filled with tons of natural light and is comfortable and very welcoming to all clients. I always leave feeling refreshed and extremely satisfied.
