I hate to make a bad review but I'm so disappointed with the service of this company. I placed an order as a new customer hoping for a great experience but went opposite. I paid $75 dollars for a birthday bouquet to get delivered. The day of my delivery I had a stranger calling me explaining flowers got delivered to their house which was obviously not the place they were supposed to go. Thank goodness for this kind stranger because I wouldn't have found out till much later that my recipient didn't get their flowers. After much back and forth with the florist they got delivered. The florist never offered for a refund or at least cover the delivery charge ($15) this is my first and last time working with this company. I understand people make mistakes but good customer service could've been offered by a refund.

Super fast delivery and great communication throughout. The flowers were fresh and beautiful.

My step dad orders the most beautiful bouquets for my mother, who is living with als. He always orders every month from this florist, He speaks very highly of their bouquets and she loves receiving them.

My husband bought me a rose here and it lasted for nearly 2 weeks! So when my friend got sick, I knew this was the floral shop I wanted to go to to get her a sunflower, because she loves sunflowers. Looking at the entrance door, they seemed adamant about wearing a mask in their store, so don't forget yours!! When I walked in, I saw a young guy siting at the register eating. He didn't acknowledge my presence at all. But a few seconds later, I was greeted kindly by an older, short lady, and asked if I was looking for something specific. They didn't have sunflowers at the time, so I got her a Gerber Daisy instead. They asked me if I wanted the flower "wrapped", which means that they will wrap it in plastic paper, add greenery and babies breath to the flower and a ribbon. I thought it came out beautifully, especially just for 1 flower! And it was reasonably priced! Only $4.33! They have free little cards you can stick in your bouquet! I would definitely return especially since I know their flowers last so long!

Year 2020, and this florist is still my number one go-to. Customer service is excellent! Delivery has never failed me - even with this pandemic. The quality is superb - you get just what you pay for and for years this place has been worth every cent! I continue to recommend the services here to colleagues, family, and friends. I enjoy the surprises and the smiles brought from Stone Oak Florist! Stunning arrangements!

My experience was like any other I called to place an order gave the man I was speaking to over the phone all my information payment information exc.. the day comes for delivery
1) the flowers never get there in time
2) they don't know how to contact the driver to see how far along he is
3) I'm on hold forever while they figure their mistake out
4) my flowers got delivered to the wrong apartment complex and I'll be receiving the same flowers I PAID for on a specific day 2 DAYS later with no refund or inconvenience compensation
5) flowers are now pointless 2 days later after the celebration I originally planned for.
Overall disappointing don't waste your time or money there's plenty of better florist out there..

I was in need of some flowers for two funeral services . A friend highly recommended me to Stone Oak Florist . I was looking forward to their service. I called and their CSR Andrea was very rude and when I returned called I was rudely disconnected . When I called to complain and asked for owner, the CSR told me she was not in, until I said I had a complaint. As I spoke with owner , who was pleasant who ginuenly tried to rectify situation let me know that they do not run their business as such .I really appreciate your concern. I will not be returning or referring. Hope you guys have an amazing day and a customer service training class should be a requirement. Wishing you luck.

I called in an order for a very specific funeral spray design. The arrangement was exactly as I imagined and absolutely stunning. The service was compassionate, convenient, and responsive. I highly recommend this florist. Outstanding.

I will never order from them again!!!!!! I ordered a $60 flower arrangement to be delivered to a friend staying at the nearby hospital. I was mortified when she sent me a picture thanking me for the arrangement. The ad on their website shows at least 7 red carnations in this arrangement. The arrangement came with ONE. ONE red carnation...the cheapest filler flower that even exists!!! The entire arrangement looks like a 7 year old put it together and tied the bow. Save your money and order from a more reputable florist.
