Came in earlier and got great assistance from Faby. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and hooked me up with a promotion for a $1.00 thc soda. This is my favorite dispensary, super friendly employees and good prices.

They were soooo helpful in finding a great selection of options that were of good quality but not so expensive! My housemate recommended this place and I will continue to come and recommend this dispensary to others because of their unique hospitality!

Reasonable priced pre-rolls & enjoyed the products I purchased.
I did not like, the customer has to look at products on a tablet and pick out what you want from the tablet & the employee gets it for you.
The customer is not in control of the tablet & cannot touch the tablet.
The employee has to select or scroll through the tablet for you.
I probably would have bought more products & spent more $$$$ if I was able to see everything on the shelf.

We apologize that our tablet-based ordering system did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a safe and efficient shopping experience for our customers, which is why we implemented this system. However, we understand that some customers prefer to physically browse and select their products.
Although it may be less ideal, we do accept pre-orders (hookoutlet.com) and you can browse our online menus ahead of time to gain a better idea of what we have in stock. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we evaluate ways to improve our dispensary experience. Please know that we are committed to providing the best possible service to all of our customers and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
