Let me introduce myself

With more than 20 years of experience in team, talent and leadership development, I know that the key to effective leadership and strong team dynamics is dialogue. This can only take place with true psychological safety. So that real learning, innovation and performance can improve because everyone can bring their best to the table. When I am at work, I draw on a variety of content sources and methodologies. With a large dose of empathy, reliability and professionalism, I engage with my clients about what they need to achieve better results with their teams.
