…But what we can tell is that the current public company parent of SevenScore, called Regnum Corp., is deeply delinquent in filing its SEC Form 10-K, and had, at end of its last quarterly filing, zero cash, and was being advanced services from one or more of the companies depicted at right. When did Regnum in turn get its hands on SevenScore — and from whom? Who knows?! But on with what we DO know, about this story:

Then, at least as of April 9, 2021 — Regnum announced the resignation of the man at right, from his seats at both companies, and immediately appointed a long time executive of Vyera / Phoenixus AG as the new CEO of both. It also indicated (I think for the first time) that it had a sub called SevenScore Pharma, focused on neglected disease drug research and development.

That looks to contain assets likely recently assigned (or soon to be assigned) from some part of the Vyera / Phoenixus AG chain of companies.

Even if Phoenixus intends to (in some manner) run a reverse merger (as that was Mr. Gustavson’s purported specialty in Hollywood script companies, and tech), and thereby make SevenScore a public company… it is still left with the notion that the company has not filed any SEC required ownership reports — ever — (and that echoes Martin’s hiding of the group of actual owners of what was KaloBios, and became Humanigen)… nor has it indicated how the year 2020 went.

In sum, before too terribly long, it may well lose its status as a public company. And I suspect that whatever the financing arrangements are — to effectively liquidate enough of Martin’s shares in Phoenixus, to be able to pay the perhaps $7 million in cash he is presently being pressed to deliver, to Dr. Koestler, et al., the whole Rube Goldberg machine falls in on itself, IF SevenScore cannot access the US public equity markets.

And as we know, Martin cannot be a major holder of any such public company… so this will NOT be KaloBios 2.0.

We will keep an eye on it — but the most likely path to learn more will be through the EDGAR filing window, as to Regnum Corp., a Nevada corporation.
