Steps to resolve the QuickBooks Error OL-222

The user can try to fix the issue by downloading the new FIDIR.TXT file using the set of steps discussed below. Let us have a look:

· At first, press the Control key

· Now select the version of QuickBooks for Mac used for downloading the correct file.

· After that download QuickBooks for Mac

· Choose the download linked file as,

· Now, save it to the desktop

· Head to the old FIDIR.txt to the trash and empty it.

· Here, the user needs to press the option key and then from the finder menu bar, choose the go and library option

· After that browse the download folder after opening the users library folder

· Now, drag FIDIR.txt to the trash

· At the end, empty the trash

· FIDR #2

· Under this, the user should head to the go and applications

· Double click the contents folder

· After that open the resources folder

· Look for the FIDIR.txt file and then drag it to the trash

The user should then copy and paste the new FIDIR.txt file that the user saved on the desktop into both the resources and downloads
