A Business profile is the snapshot or a summary electronic document containing the basic information available with ACRA. it provides information such as registration number, entity name, business activities, registration date, owners and charges of an entity.
A computer printout of the Singapore registered company's detailed business profile (showing the names of all the directors and partners) from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is required. It must have been dated within the last three months.
